It's alright, just too many people speeding and the driveways could be a little better.
The lawn service could be better as well instead of rushing and missing lots of spots.
Neighbors are friendly.

Been here for a while. Locale and whatnot is good. My only real complaint is that some of the residents/neighbors have a tendency to blast music til 10 pm or after. Wouldn't be a problem if my gf didn't have to work at 5 in the morning and also try to put our baby to sleep.
