Cross Creek Apartments, Plano TX

If i were to give zero stars I would. All people giving negative comments are true statements. These apartments which im still leaving in are nothing but garbage.nothing works especially the a/c which is been on in off not working at all. They always come up with they excuses and never fix. They dont care at all. Plumbing issues, a/c vents moldy/black vents door from the restrooms get stuck, just ugly ugly then living in the hood stright up. Im surprised the City of Plano dont close this complex up becasue Just ugly place to live in.

Nice views, convenient and well priced. Speak with Taylor in office. He us always smiling and ready to help. If you have a question, issue or concern he has the answers. I really appreciate his assistance and attitude!

I’m moving out tomorrow and I have to throw away my couch my 65 in tv 55 in tv my treadmill and other electronics due to the bad roach infestation in my apartment. There were a ton of roaches inside of my tv’s. Roaches constantly in the oven and even inside of the fridge. We get up to eat in the am and we are greeted by roaches on our food. I can’t even take my washer & dryer with me because of the infestation as well. I’m looking into getting compensated for those things via my rental insurance at the moment because while I’m aware what my charges will be for breaking the lease. My furniture that I’ve lost costs way more. I have pics and videos in my phone contacted corporate and while they did months ago bomb the apartment it didn’t do much. Pest control came but still that didn’t help. Because of this infestation I’m starting all the way over. I live by the creek so we also have a bad cricket & grasshopper infestation on top of the roaches. Literally seeing crickets everywhere as we clean the apartment.

We lived at Cross Creek for ~2 years, and never had any major issues. We felt like we got our money's worth out of it. Cross Creek didn't offer a luxury suite, but we also weren't paying nearly as much as other nearby apartment facilities in rent.

For the most part, the office staff were friendly. We were able to successfully and amicably work out an issue with an erroneous charge that was placed against our deposit when we moved out, which we are very thankful about.

I I’m at my boyfriends house I’m it’s so hot the as not even working haven’t been for 8 days he call say put it in im some one we look at it in get this it only works for a couple hours me in my baby will never i say never stay here they should be a shame this is so miss up he pay so much rent some one please help in reach out to the apartments

I think I'll just share my pictures and you can see why you need to AVOID this place at all costs. They are calling this dust by the way! Run and if you are already a resident do NOT sign a new lease. I wish there were negative starts: (

If I can give a negative points it should be negative infinity. Just stay away from these apartments. They don't care about you. No maintenance issues will be solved. We had a bee hive problem for months. They just came and went without doing anything. The bees sting us. We could not use our patio. The other insects are everywhere and there is no pest control but you pay for it. Closets are very old, they are broken very easily and fell on us many times. The garbage is not collected properly. You can see disgusting scenes everywhere. The sinks have leakage problem. Last but the least the AC was not working properly. We requested maintenance many times but they didn't help us. Finally it went off completely and we had to live in a hell in July for days. The room is around 90F. They told us to stay in a hotel for 3 days at most 300 dollars. You can only find very cheap hotel for that. I had a recent surgery and needed to rest in a hygienic and cool place but it was not possible. We had to move to such a hotel it was dirty, wifi was not working properly and we have been negatively impacted since we are working remote. After 3 days we had to come back to our house. They didn't fix it up to now and they just provided a window AC unit after calling many times. They are not responsive, and when you could reach out they just repeat their nonsense excuses. They are not respectful and professional as well.
Just stay away.

If you can, SAVE YOUR SELF THE TROUBLE! There is a TERRIBLE roach and rodent infestation. The pest control doesn’t help with that AT ALL. There are leaks in the cracks of the hardwood flooring. MOLD in the ceiling above the washer and dryer closet as well as A LOT of water leaking from the ceiling in the same area. The management IS TERRIBLE AND RUDE. Don’t seem to want to be here AT THEIR JOBS! Also, did I mention that they have a REALLY BAD roach and rodent problem? Please save yourself the time and MONEY because you’re literally putting it down the drain staying here.

Cuddos to the maintenance guys who spent their time to fix our AC unit last night. The front office is responsive, and the staff is friendly.

Poor maintenance, management is the worst, not safe at all, shooting happened twice in this place when I lived here, bad experience ever.

The management of this place is so poor that I was fined $250 for not informing that I am not allowed to discard furniture to the garbage station. The one-year lease is almost over. The dishwasher was not replaced until the end of the lease. When I want to quit the lease, they will not return the deposit to me. The rent is not cheap apartment, the service is not in place at all, there will always be excuses and reasons. If you have the conditions, it is best not to choose this place, this is a disappointing apartment.

Everything in the reviews is right. There are cockroaches, bandaids that are painted over, ac always broken, most appliances are breaking down, master bathroom had paint spray all over the floor. But hey if you got horrible credit definitely apply here because nobody is going to renew a lease they need people.

I'll give it a better review once the Alge and fungus out of both pools are removed. I don't know how they you guys are allowed to operate the pool with Alge and mold.

For real avoid this apt unles youre absolutely destitute.

You'll be better off living in Carrollton or Addison suburbs.

Alex, Tammy, Priscila have been such a pleasure to work with! They manage the property with such professionalism! I’ve had the opportunity to see them in action taking care of work order and closing leases! They truly care about their residents and community. Not to mention the property, it’s maintained with such care!
