Make sure before you see this dentist that they are still covered by your insurance. Just because they were 6 mths before, they will not tell you they are no longer covered.

My husband and I really were delighted with the dental care that we received today. The staff the was very patient with us big cowards.

Changing dentists is always a challenge. We moved her and had to search for a new Dentist. We discovered Cross Creek Dental and Dr. Chaparro through our daughter. Although apprehensive at our first visit, Sue Ann, the Dental Hygienist, made us feel comfortable and relaxed. She explained everything during our examination. We only saw Dr. Chaparro briefly at the end of our visit to discuss treatment options. We are happy that we found Cross Creek Dental and Dr. Chaparra.

The entire staff is awesome, and they interact wonderfully with my kids. I appreciate getting great care so close to home!

My first appointment went well.
I recently moved from another state where I had been for many years, with the same dentist & hygienist, so I’m happy to have found a new place to get my dental care where there are nice personable staff & Dentist. Everything was explained, the hygienist was gentle, thorough, patient & kind.

The Dr explained all and my questions.
Hygienist was very detailed to treatment options.

I have been going to the dentist every six months for at least 40 years. So a good dentist and hygienist are very important to me. I just moved to the area in May 2022 and I chose Cross Creek as my dentist. I must say I was kind of put off by the check in requirements, but once SueAnn started her magic, I forgot about that entirely. I was just astounded at the superb job she did. I actually like to have my teeth cleaned but I must say having them cleaned by SueAnn was a whole other experience!

I managed a dental office in Houston for five (5) years and Dr. Chapparo’s crew was better than any I ever had!

Considering that I absolutely Hate going to the Dentist, this was probably the best care I have ever had. The Staff was Very informative, caring, and considerate to my issues with dentistry. I would Recommend this Office to Anyone!

I have never been a person who enjoys going to the dentist but my experience at Cross Creek Dental was my most pleasant in my 30 years of life. SueAnn was very knowledgeable in her dental practices and put me at ease though out my cleaning. I am happy that I visited Dr Chaparro and look forward to our dental journey in the future.
