Great doctors, clean office, friendly staff, 10/10 would recommend as a reliable dentist in flower mound!

It’s sad that this office continues its downward spiral in terms of customer service.

I WAS a customer years ago and noticed the slip in service about 4 years ago. What does that mean? Continued cancellation of appointments due to the same excuse of “the hygienist had to take a day off” for some reason or another.

I recently decided to give them another chance and guess what? !? ANOTHER canceled appointment! So I decided to reschedule to 6 weeks later and what happens when I show up today? The girl at the front desk says I’m late? I showed up at 3: 10 for a 3: 30 appointment. I show her the confirmation email and text the office sends out. She looked at the text that CLEARLY shows a 3: 30 appointment and continues to argue with me! What the heck?

I know it’s hard to find good help post COVID, but these problems have been going on for a while. There are too many good dentists in the area to put up with incompetence. You don’t have to believe me-just look at their ratings and other complaints on Yelp!

They always treat their patients with the best possible treatment and go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. The best in the metroplex

Today was my first time at Cross Timbers Dental. The office staff was friendly. The office is clean and has all the latest bells and whistles in dentistry. I particularly liked my hygienist, Sahar. She was personable and very thorough. I am new to Texas and Flower Mound so it's great when you feel welcome as you try to establish yourself in a new area.

Been coming here for several years. Really good staff. Sahar is an amazing dental hygienist who checks in with you to make sure you are ok, does everything feel good? Very respectful.

I don't want to make it harder for myself to get in when I need an appointment, but at that risk, I'll just say this: they are the most professional, technologically sound, up-to-date, cutting-edge dentist office in this area. Friendly and courteous staff? Check. Treated like a person and not just another appointment? Check. Treatment results? Outstanding. Recommend? Absolutely.

Wendy was my dental hygienist today for the first time and her 30plus years experience was immediately noticeable. Her gentle approach was a joy.

I’ve gone here for years, Hygienists & Revering are great…front desk not so much. Had to cancel my cleaning for a work reason I could not control. Called at 11: 07am to cancel my appointment for 10: 50am the next day and was told I would have to pay the cancellation fee…seriously…I’m there early for my appointments, don’t complain when they’re running behind, and pay what I owe always. So if after all these years you feel the need to charge me when I’m less than 20 minutes into your “24 hour cancellation period” be my guest. I get the reason for rules, but I’m done with Cross Timbers Dental.

I've been going to Cross Timber Dental for years. My daughter's family and my grandchildren go there as well. Dr. Revering's professionalism and skill is reflected in all his work. He explains everything so well and does an amazing job!
His assistant Ben informs you of details step by step as he works on your teeth and does great work. I am so grateful for their services.
