Cross Timbers Orthopaedics, Stephenville TX

So Tuesday morning about 3am I woke up in severe pain. I called Dr Evans office, I had forgotten Tuesday was his surgical day, so they booked me at 8am on Wednesday as a work in. I was expecting to be there all day but I was wrong! They had me in a room about 8: 10. After a short fact finding interview, I was sent for xrays on my shoulder, neck and CT scan. Really no waiting. Dr Evans came in and totally explained what I had done. I had a bad fall and had fractured a small piece of bone and tore my rotator cuff, resulting in the ball not sitting in the joint as it should. The only way to repair it was to remove the total shoulder he placed in March 2021. He is referring me to what he considers the best of the best at the revision surgery changing to the reverse. Shoulder specialist in Dallas. I was very upset, I just knew Evans could fix anything, and he can.but he said this would be a much better place to be for that extensive surgery. I had my copies of xrays and CT to keep and one to take to the surgeon. I had my immobilizer and a rx called in and I checked out at 10: 00! He is absolutely the best! He is so kind and reassuring, and wants the very best outcome for me even when that means to refer me out! That's a great Dr in my opinion! Dr Evans is the best!

All of my issues of pain was taken care of with Dr. Maruska. I appreciate his professionalism and kindness.

Dr Evans and staff are the very best. He repair my shoulder. He put me in a new ACL and repaired one of the worst toes breaks ever. Thank y’all!

I have had a wonderful experience with Cross Timbers Orthopedics. Dr Evans did an awesome surgery on my broke left hip. My recovery was speedy & excellent. Follow up visits were quick, easy & professional.

The staff and doctors are excellent at this facility. Usually, your wait is very short, unless an emergency comes. It’s nice not to have to get X-rays at a different location and bring to Cross Timbers. They do it all.

Staff is always friendly and Dr Maruska always seems very unhurried and willing to discuss fully our concerns.
