5New equipment. Classes are coming back. Great atmosphere. Also some new equipment for legs and cardio.
Crossfit 3040 is an amazing place to get in shape. You get much more than a gym. You get a coach, confidence, and friends.
Updated: the gym is still my favorite place. I'd add to my review that the only competition you have in the gym is yourself. You set your own goals, no need to be at any particular skill level when you start your journey.
I dropped by thanks to a recommendation from one of my awesome coaches at PG CrossFit while I was in town and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back if I ever make it back down there again. Thanks to Tyler for a great class and Will for welcoming me.
The team is great and really encouraging to meet goals! The facility is always clean and ready for fresh sweat!
