CrossFit Central Houston, Bellaire TX

Wife and I dropped in here twice while in Houston. This place is HUGE. Coaches are super chill and attentive. Although we were experienced Crossfitter, they were providing constructive feedback. Classes are large but coaches give ample attention to everyone present. Programming includes good bit of warmup which is always critical to preparing our bodies for the strength and WOD cycles.

By far the best gym I've ever been to, coaching is amazing, work outs are tough and the community is 10/10. Would recommend to anyone for a drop in or to join. Promise you'll feel welcome.

I am more than impressed with equipment and staff. In the years I have been at CrossFit Central Houston so many have stood out staff wise one in particular I have noticed working incredibly hard and going over the top,

Great place to workout in Houston, cool boba and nice coaches. Weather is as bad indoors as it is outdoors in hot days.

They keep it clean and is always on top of providing the cleaning supplies. Staff is super helpful and will help you if you don’t know how to use the equipment.

Conveniently located, friendly staff. Has everything I need. Great gym, clean during COVID, nice employees.

I have finally found the gym for me. I have struggled for some time with weight and exercise challenges. They took the time to understand my unique needs and developed a completely customized program designed for my success.

The coaches and community make this place more than just a 'gym'. The coaches and members will make you feel welcome right from Day One.

The focus is more on form and using the right technique. Coaches are very invested in helping individuals grow and push the limits. They helped me with the basic techniques in the first week through the on-ramp program. Coaches also helped me modify / scale workouts as required based on my fitness / skill levels.

The gym has a strong sense of community. Overall, if you want to enjoy the fitness journey, CFCH is the place to be.

I would highly recommend CFCH whether you are a seasoned athlete or just curious about CrossFit.

Great gym with a super friendly staff. Did two drop-ins while I was in Houston. Huge facility with a ton of toys (equipment). I will be visiting again if I am ever in Houston.

Fantastic crossfit location. Don't waste time going anywhere else in town.
I visited other 2 prior getting in here. Central Houston was the only one whose coaches came to talk to me, introduce themselves nd made me feel welcomed.
They are very well experienced, energetic and fun.
Gym it's well taken care, great infrastructure spacious and clean.
What else could I ask for?

As a visiting CF person, great visitor policy. Huge gym. Well marked for distancing. Friendly team and Tim was a good coach. He kept the pace and motivation in the class.
