I've been CrossFitting for 7 years and this is one of my favorite gyms I've stepped foot in. I enjoyed the programming, made great strides in improving my form and PR'd in lifts I never thought I'd get better at. The coaches are great and very welcoming to all fitness levels. It can be very intimidating to walk into a new gym, but it won't feel that way here.
