CrossFit Solus, Sherman TX

Well, today was my first day at CrossFit Solus and it was. AMAZING!
This was something I've wanted to do for more than 5 years and I finally did it!
Mark, my coach was great! He was patient, helpful and encouraging!
Looking forward to going back again tomorrow and becoming even more fit and in shape!

Great CrossFit box, everyone is extremely friendly and makes you feel at home. I did a drop in and it was great, I’ll definitely be back!

Very new to the gym but so far it’s been awesome very friendly staff and my coach Tristan is awesome never done crossfit before and I was very intimidated at first Tristan is very accommodating if you can’t perform one of the days exercises he always has an alternate. All the members I have met are very friendly as well! I have no doubts I will reach my goals at this gym looking forward to it.

Most encouraging group of people I have ever met. I have a shoulder that needs surgery and they modified everything for me. I hate working out but I truly felt inspired here.

Great facility. Super friendly staff and members. If you live in sherman its the place to go!

Dropped in s CrossFit solus for murph and was greeted with very warm welcomes. Everyone was so nice and the gym is well kept and clean. Thank you again it was a great time

Everyone is very welcoming! I had Tristen as a coach and he was positive as well as knowledgeable!

CrossFit Solus has become my place of solace. I find my fitness family there and the coaches motivate me in the gym and outside of it too. I'm a young female with a total knee replacement. I never feel intimidated by anyone, only encouraged to do MY best and make progress within myself, not necessarily the other athletes. They make CrossFit accessible to anyone and everyone, and I'm happy to drive the distance I do to come here and partake of the greatness that is CrossFit Solus.

Been coming here for years and have noticed an increase in strength and cardio! Love love love the coaches, staff and fellow members…. Which makes coming that much easier!
