This clinic is awesome. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever we have a cat-mergency the staff is great about getting us in same day or on the schedule for the next day. Animals can be a bit crazy at times, the staff here is accommodating for our crazy pets.

My very favorite vet clinic! The staff are friendly, and Dr Howell has such a great bedside manner. Never a bad experience here.

Update: another visit today and it was another great one!

Excellent service once again today from Dr. Howell at Crossing Animal Clinic. My pup was headed in to have a tooth extracted as well as a dental cleaning, and thankfully, Dr. Howell determined that the tooth could be saved and so the experience for my pup was much less traumatic. While under anesthesia, Dr. Howell also took X-rays of my pup's shoulders and elbows as she has had some difficulties, and found no anomalies. It is so rewarding to rely on a clinic that keeps in mind the comfort of your pups as well as the cost of their care, combining services where possible. I think every single technician working there came out to welcome my pup and make sure she was comfortable and safe during her visit. It is hard to ask for more than that! Thank you, Crossing Animal Clinic!

The staff was incredibly kind and received my (numerous) calls and questions about my dog and his status. I thought the rates were extremely reasonable given I live in Austin, and my dog was treated very well.

We have been bringing both of our boys here (cat & dog) since we moved to the area last year. The team is always accommodating and friendly, and prices are incredibly fair. The team is always honest about what our boys need, what’s recommended, etc. We’ve had a couple of mini-emergencies that they’ve been able to make time for as well. Assuming we don’t need to move again anytime soon, we’ll be coming here for years to come.
