Dr. Spinks is very kind and caring person. He will do everything he can to find a solution to your medical problem. He is an excellent Doctor. I am glad he's with crosspointe they will take my insurance. I have been seeing Dr. Spinks for 20 years. And his staff is wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Spinx is a wonderful patient and caring Dr. He spends as much as need be to go over everything with you.

Such a sweet, family doctor. He truly cares and genuinely wants to get his patients better. Hard to find a good doctor around these days but you have when you come to Dr. Spinks.

Takes time to listen to my illness, and answer my questions. Explains condition and treatment, and follow-up. Definitely not a clock watcher like other doctors.

The doctor and staff was very cordial and did an excellent job. They cared and were very attentive to me. I WOULD RECOMMEND them to everyone.

The staff is wonderful and warm. Dr. Spinks is fantastic, he really listens to what you are telling him, and always finds a solution for your issues. He never talks over you, or tries to shuffle you out the door without hearing everything you have to say. I've been happy to have him as my Physician.

I really like the way Dr Spinks talks to his patients. He will sit and listen to you and answer any questions you have. Very professional. And my nurses are the best!

Dr spinks is outstanding. He takes the time to talk to you so that you understand everything. He genuinely cares about his patients. He is just plain outstanding and I would never consider changing doctors. He is just flat out the best.

Dr. Spinks isthe only doctor I've seen at this clinic and he is top notch! I've seen many doctors in many states, all across the country and he is, by far, the most friendly, caring, and empathetic one yet. He remembers everyone and their complaints/symptoms/illness.he is extremely extensive especially when challenged with a diagnosis. Plus he never gives up or refers/passes you on to another doctor, with the exception of specialists. He takes his time, listens, & asks questions, a lot of them. He is very knowledgeable and informative; he won't let you leave if he believes there's a chance you don't understand everything.

Up until a couple of months ago, there was a guaranteed extremely long wait, long enough to make even a severely ill and desperate person get up and walk out out of frustration, but most patients I've seen put up with it (like me) because seeing him was well worth it. Somehow that issue has been solved because 10 minutes was the max I waited at my last few appointments. I couldn't believe it! Cherry on top - the time spent with him hasn't shortened, as one would expect.

The clinic staff are at one extreme or the other when it comes to friendliness and compassion, with the ones answering the phone/ making appts.being the rudest. There's only one or two lingering in the middle with the, "I couldn't care less about you but my rudeness isn't blatant & in your face, " attitude.

The remaining kinds of professionalism fall on a similar line of extremeness. There's no telling what you might hear, from talks about weekend plans to totally inappropriate work conversation between staff members. You might also hear a staff member, that is actually with a patient, talking to another about their husbands possible affair or even another patient - nothing to violate HIPPA - more like, "Did you remember to pick up Mr. Smith's urine? " I know, I'm pickier than most when it comes to customer service, so yes, it bothers me (and I believe it's unprofessional-at any and all types of businesses) when staff is working on a pateint and having a conversation with another person. Especially when it's regarding a patient. When this happens I feel like concentration is lacking on the task at hand, me the patient/customer & whatever they are doing with me, for example, writing down my symptoms or simply taking an x-Ray.

All in all, Considering the amount of time spent with the doctor versus the very little time you spend around staff, plus the fact that Dr. Spinks will be the most wonderful doctor you'll ever encounter, I would definitely recommend my friends & family, even my mom, to the clinic to see Dr. Spinks. (BTW- my moms already his patient, has been for 20+ years. He was even my grandparents doctor for years)

Staff does their best answer questions and return calls. I’m bed bound and Dr. Spinks always treats me like I am his only client.
