Lee at Crossroads is an honest, hard-working business owner. He has worked on many of our cars over the past 25 years. He tells you what can wait and what is a must, and is not pushy.
I had left my vehicle parked near this auto shop about three blocks down.the key would not go in ignition so I couldn’t start it. I left the key on top of a wheel and caught a ride home.
This mechanic had been nice and helpful once in the past and was nearby, so I called him.
He said he would walk to get it started and drive it to his shop.
When I went to pick up my car, he had added a “towing fee. ” Also, he charged to spray graphite in to “clean the cylinder” (but it still needed cylinder replacing).
I took car somewhere else for less than half the price to replace cylinder than he quoted.
Polite and friendly employees Kept me updated on where they were at with the repairs etc.
This was a good experience I’ve never had a car before usually other shops make me feel stupid because I am a female. The man was very sweet and I suggest strongly to go here
I contacted the shop last minute to check out my AC in my 2015 Nissan Versa. Every other shop i contacted wanted to charge me $150 just to check my car and do NO repairs. He checked it AND fixed the issue for cheaper than that. He also did so very quickly. VERY honest and reliable man. I live in Cedar Park but this shop is definitely worth the drive for any further work I may need done. When you find a good honest mechanic you definitely want to keep him/her around and I plan to do just that.
Never met a mechanic who explained what costs what and why. This man not only told me what the problem was, but showed me what the problem was and had me check everything out so I could make sure it was okay before I paid. Best customer service ever!
