When I had a garage fire which impacted my house, the best decision that I made was hiring Crossroads to be my public adjuster. Dealing with the insurance on such a big loss, it was a new territory for me. Crossroads under Deidra’s guidance helped me to navigate this loss. Working along with Amy on the content was a tremendous help as well. During the hot summer days, Amy would record all the damaged contents diligently. I appreciate her work ethics.

First and foremost, anytime a homeowner experiences a major loss, I would recommend to always consult a public adjuster before allowing anyone to touch anything in your home. You cannot fight ypu insurance company alone. When our house fire happened, my first instinct was to sign Crossroads and my representative. We decided to trust our insurance company and a "highly recommended" mitigation company. Soon after that decision, we realized our insurance company was definitely not on our side and the mitigation company was only out for maximum profit and whatever we had leftover was none of their concern. After this realization, we called Jessie with Crossroads and signed them as our PA. If I did anything like this ever again, this would have been my first move. That move would have definitely saved us money in the long run and I'm certain, our home would have been put back together much sooner. Jessie, Maddie, and Danny with Crossroads were able to get us the maximum limits on our contents and a hefty supplemental check foe our repairs.
