I called on behalf of my client to get them a new pos solution for their restaurant and was told that someone from sales would call me back but it's been over 1 week now and no calls. To me customer service is extremely vital, if I am not getting a call for a new set up I don't want to find out what would happen if my client had any tech issues and needed support.

Worst company ever dealt with constant overbilling and takes months to have a refund issued still waiting on one as of now CAP software is shady as well STAY AWAY
