Cryo Fire Health Spa, Cedar Park TX

Cannot say enough good things about Cryofire in Cedar Park. Absolutely outstanding professional, competent, and friendly technicians in Josh and Dre. I lost 45 lbs in 2018 using a combination of therapeutic level Hyberbaraic and the Infrared sauna and have kept 40 lbs off to date.
Now they are also adding the medical grade Hyperbaric chamber. About 20 years ago I had the medical grade therapy at Warm Springs in San Antonio. It was phenomenal in healing a wound that almost cost me my leg. During that time I started reading everything I could find on hyperbaric treatments and all it could cure or significantly help.
I am so thankful Cryofire is available here in Cedar Park. It’s about an hour driving there from Salado, and that drive is well worth it!

Do not waste your time and the infrared sauna. There are gaps all the way around the door. No sweating. No professional I complained did not do any good he was training someone didn’t get my money back. Did not want to give any stars. I couldn’t post without one.

I’ve used several of the services at Cryo Fire. About 6 months ago I had gotten some issues from long Covid so I was using the hyperbaric chamber and sauna with great benefit and results riding me of the inflammation Covid brings, boosting my immune system and detoxing. I’m still coming in for sauna and I discovered they have compression too. I’m trying to increase circulation and get some vericose veins under control. Also the sauna is helping with my passive cardio, IFR benefits and detox. I highly recommend this facility. Very nice employees, clean environment always prompt with my appointments and values my time.

Justus, and his team are so informative and amazing. They truly do have a passion behind helping others improve their overall health, mentally and physically. My hyberic oxygen chambers have help me so much, in more ways than one. Justus has even offered my close family and friends to try out a few things within his spa; just to get a feel of things. Amazing welcoming environment you won't regret coming here ️

John is an AMAZING massage therapist! I Never had a massage before him and I’m so happy that he was my first one. I’ve been having pain in my foot and lower back for so long and thought it was just something I had to live with. Until I went to him and after one hour session my pain is completely gone! John is so knowledgeable, professional, kind, has good energy and so funny! He’s been doing this for almost 20yrs and you can tell he loves what he does. He will give you so much knowledge that you can take home to understand and better yourself. If you are on the fence about visiting, just go. You won’t regret it! Plus Jaydon (the receptionist) is an amazing person with an amazing personality and you will feel sad to stop your conversation with him to go to your session.

Cryo Fire is a must try for anyone wanting to better their wellness without modern medicine. I came in a week ago and started the hyperbaric therapy. Allergies are on the rise and my congestion was as well. After first treatment I noticed a major difference in the sinus pressure and head aches lessened. Justice is an awesome owner and Christina made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Don’t wait to try this place.

Amazing experience with the IR sauna. There may be other places that offer this treatment but I can bet none will have the great service I received here. They took time to walk me through everything and asked questions about what I would like to get out of the service and the rooms are clean and private. I Highly recommend you check this place out.

Love this place! The staff is very friendly and respectful, the facility is clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend this place without a doubt.

I had a great experience once I had my appointment. I did have some trouble with last minute reschedules over the summer.
However Jesus made up for that with customer service. Everyone was so nice! I also did a hyperbaric treatment which was really relaxing.

Nothing about their infrared sauna was stress relieving. The sauna wasn’t even hot, it was so dirty and the staff wasn’t helpful or informative. Waste of money.

Paid for sessions in advance, but no staff is available to book appointments with. Called 3 times to speak with a manager. No response, no return calls.

Staff is friendly but if you buy a package that auto bills your card every month it’s like pulling teeth to get them to stop. I’m hoping this will get their attention.

. I still have two sessions left and I do not plan on coming back to use your sauna. I’m honestly a little taken back that no one has contacted me since my one star review after my first time…Staff did not give me any basic information or teach me how to use the sauna, sauna wasn’t even warm, sauna was disgustingly dirty even the towels I was given were dirty. I was finding long hairs everywhere which is funny because I have a buzzed hair cut. Handprints and smudges all over the glass. The whole experience was gross and stressful and I did not enjoy my session at all. I had purchased three sessions but at this point I will not be using your sauna again.
