It was my first time doing the cold plunge so I was a little nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Adrianna explained the process to me and stayed in the room to walk me through it. She made me feel comfortable and safe. I would definitely do it again and highly recommend Adrianna to anyone.

She took the time to hear our needs, and with one of us, it was His first time with the IV drip spa. Amazing Nurse.

Where do I start? I have had several very traumatic situations during the past several years. It effected my mental, physical and emotional life where the thought of living each day was a struggle, Heather suggested the cold plunge and from day 3 those thought of not wanting to go on thru life left. By the first week I did not even want to think to have a drink of alcohol. I was known for my beautiful handwriting and thru the trauma had a very hard time writing and composing thought in writing. By the third week I realized my hand writing had improved greatly and was able to begin to do the mounds of paperwork that had piled up. I don't know your story and your reaction to cold plunge but it has changed my life and can not wait for the next change to take place. I highly recommend it for trauma, anxiety and overall wellbeing.

I received ozone treatment and the nurse Marsha was amazing. She was very professional and made me feel very comfortable.

Ran into this place today for 1st time chirtsmas eve, it was truly my Xmas gift toself. I had in mind to do a 3 mins cyro but a woman was there and she did the ice tub therapy. Here I start to rethink maybe try something new. Talk about a whole new meaning of girls just wanna have fun! I did 5 mins! Super proud! Great staff Heather syiur team is welcoming and Friendly faces of all. It's the reason why I would come back. Becoming vulnerable is hard but you made this experience one of my favorites. The staff is extraordinary and beyond accommodating. I am so well taken care of every time I walk through the door or call for any reason.
Making and changing appointments online couldn't be easier, and the facilities are top-notch.
Everything is sparkling clean and always ready, whether it's the sauna (amazing), injections (life changing for me), or the cryo tank/cold plunge room.
I won't lie, I was nervous the first time, but the staff walked me through every step, and now I'm there all the time.

My life has been changed for the better ever since finding this location.but trying the 10 passes of ozone therapy HAS BEEN SO IMPACTFUL I TELL EVERYONE I CAN! I'm a dialysis patient and suffered from chronic fatigue and muscle cramping because of it. Those side effects have been gone and have not returned! I had energy to swim, spin and handle household chores.versus me previously passing out twice just while making a sandwich! I also had pain from old car accident injuries in my neck, hips and shoulders. WHICH WAS GONE BY THE CAR RIDE HOME and thankfully has not returned! I cannot sing enough high praise for the quality of care and improvement in my quality of life that Cryofit, their lovely staff and compassionate nurses provided me with! The owner (Heather) is so committed to our wellness as a community it continues to touch my heart and I cannot thank her enough for shining light and hope into the world. (MY WORLD ESPECIALLY)

Deceptive pricing. They advertised $35 Cryos for Wednesday’s on the board outside. Because of this price I went in and had a Cryo. When I left I was charged $60. I pointed to the sign and advertised price and the clerk just shrugged, she didn’t care, even tried to up sell me to a package after cheating me out of the posted price. Apparently the discounted day changed, but nobody changed the sign. I had been a regular customer, I will never return now. Don’t trust this place. I came in later and the requested my money back. The manager did return the difference between what was posted and what I paid.

I’ve been coming here for a few years and love the customer service, the cleanliness and the overall good vibes. I’m an IR Sauna fan and I appreciate that they’ve added the red light panel to the sauna to boost the wellness potential. I also love the ample towels and the chilled towels.
