Crystal Falls Apartments, Houston TX

Living here since this summer! Amazing and friendly team at the office, great maintenance (always on time and fixes all my issues promptly). Beautiful pool and hot tub, but my favorite part of living here is definitely the pond in the middle with all the cute turtles!

Submitted issue early afternoon issue was resolved within a few hours. Fast, efficient service. Much appreciated Thank you! Great job team

The office staff is very nice able to talk to and they listen and gets stuff done quickly I love living here.

Have been living here for about 4 months and have had no problems. The ladies in the office Elly and Audria are so kind and professional. They are always there when we have questions, and they always wave at everyone that drives by. They are a blessing to Crystal falls!

Just want to send some praise to the Leasing office and Maintenance staff, I've only been here for at least 6 months now and I have no negative things to say! Keep up the good work, it is always appreciated.

It was great. Trash picked up Mon, Wed, Fri. Gate works ~90% of the time, had not witnessed any crimes or any car break ins in the apartment complex the entire year I lived there. Work orders were completed swiftly, sometimes within 2 or 3 hours of me submitting them which was crazy. Staff was understanding and lived on the property. Would love to come back but life changed so I had to move out

These apartments are great all the way around, Especially the owners/Landlords. If you are looking for a small communitythat feels like homethen this is the place, or just a new beginning then this would be a great start. Ellie/Audria are REALLY NICE AND UNDERSTANDING NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH ANYTHING! And if I did they always went above and beyond to solve the issue.

I've only been here a short time and it really feels like a community. Depending on where you move there may be a slight problem parking near your place. They off trash valet, which I love. Lastly, I have had the front office call me on a Sunday about an issue and then the next day resloved it. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRating

Every apartment has its flaws, It’s what they do to fix those flaws. Crystal falls is a great apartment as far a location and peace of mind. I’ve lived here for years and had a great experience even though other neighbors and I felt that we were being charged services that wasn’t been meet.

My sister has an apartment here. It's nice, the quietness took me by surprise. The pool is nice. Security gate works.

I did not have any major issues while leaving there aside from lady bugs, and flies due to the worn out window net/door. Also, there were occasional noise in the middle of the night from my neighbor hitting his significant other. I was charged a hefty fine during move out, so make sure you take pictures before and after. Thumbs up to the great maintenance personnels.

Management is working to help reduce the move-out charges and offered a payment plan.
