Crystal Palace Ballroom, El Paso TX

The Hall was beautiful the staff was friendly but the DJ sucked messed up on my daughter's quinceanera songs.

To be honest they are so rude they thought we were suspicious when yet people were smoking.

Nice place.very organized but be aware of the dance floor. The dance floor is small and there's a little step coming off it.

They dont deserve not even a star they changed managment and they don't give the beer that was asked so all of the guest bought their beer because they didn't want to change it even though it was in the contract, their margarita and pina coladas were awful just ice, no flavor at all and their waitresses the worst just young girls who kept hanging out together and taking forever to bring you soda. Ballroom its really pretty unfortunately do not recommend.

There's new management and the service was awful. They cut the party and wanted us out before 1 with all of our stuff. The party was from 7-1 and they kept threatening to lock their doors right at 1. They stopped the music at 12: 40. They didn't serve our food how they promised, they ruined the whole vibe with their awful attitude. It's a pretty ballroom but not worth the money AT ALL.

The hall is amazing and very beautiful and spacious. What I didn't appreciate was one server for 300 people. It is very inefficient. My guests had to wait in a long line to be served food and another line for their beverages throuout the whole evening.

Sorry to say but had a terrible experience with this venue. My husband and I were supposed to have our wedding in June of 2020. Unfortunately, covid 19 hit which caused us to change our plans. We originally agreed to move our date to a year later but soon after that, my then fiance who is in the military received orders to go to Japan for three years. This made it unpredictable as to whether or not we would get to have the ceremony so we asked the hall if there was any way we could get back what we paid minus the deposit. They refused to work with us even thogh we were in a pandemic and my my fiance had orders from the military. I understand they have a policy but I think we deserved a bit of compassion considering the circumstances.

The manager, the employees, the DJ, the waiters! Beautiful people and a lovely place! We had our sister Quinceañera Charra Style and they help us make it perfect!

This place is unique. We want to congratulate management because they treated us excellent
