What I like about Scott is that he told us the good and bad of equipment, how cheaper equipment doesn't help you in a real emergency. For example, a cheaper camera does you no good if you can't identify the perpetrator. Makes sense, right? So, why even bother. His equipment has very high resolution and he doesn't price gouge like other companies can do. So, you get quality equipment at a reasonable cost.

His technicians are very experienced and friendly. They also took time to go over the operation of the equipment and make sure that you're comfortable using it. If you forget how to do something, you can always call up and they'll walk you through it.
