CSL Plasma, Houston TX

I donated and then a buddy decided to as well. He was a little behind me and then they rudely kicked me from the waiting area when I was waiting for him to finish up. That is not professional. That is plain disrespectful. I will never come here again.

This is the worst center to come to. The staff is rude as rude can be. They act like it's a burden that you come here. They take there sweet time with everything. Oh did mention they are RUDE! This is my second time here in a week trying to be a new donor the first time I was here for 2 hours before anyone spoke to me. At least they signed me in that time. This time Ive been here over 30 minutes and was told to sit down and wait and guess what the lady had a major attitude when I asked if I could finally get signed in. Guess what still waiting. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CENTER TO ANYONE!

Still trying to get my extra $25 on my card. I have been calling the center ALL day and they picked up the phone twice and still no results.

The referral program they advertise is an outright lie. They say they will give you $150 for a referral but they only give you "Points" that add up to $25 and then act like they don't know what's going on even though their office is littered with the advertisements for it.

Got turned away at 9am after taking a hour bus ride to be told they are short staffed and I would have to wait till 11am to be seen. 2 days in a row

Low on staff and they talk more than they worked especially when you get your vital signs checked.

These older ladys that work on weekend do what they want to do but as soon as the manager arrives after 10am they quickly pretend they are doing what they are suppose to do.
Saturday 2/8/2020 6: 02am I was calling simply to ask a question no one answer til after literally 15min later and once answer a women answer starts saying we dont open until 7am she didnt bother to greet and places my call on hold 5min later she picks up and hang's-up later.
This is completly unexceptable.

I came early in the morning. There were just about 5 customers. The staffs just sat and talked with each other did not pay attention to the customer. Bad experience. Then, a lady said hey anyone want to see the new donor. When they did the health check on me, that lady was still talking to other in other room. Two hours waiting do nothing. Then, I again ask for the physical check. She said I am the next one. However, I still needed to wait another 30 minutes. Bad bad experience ever.

Got there at 2: 25 and there was almost no one in. But the couldn't be bothered to start a new donor. So done. Worthless lazy staff. Afraid that they will have to do a second's worth of work after I travel 30 minutes one way to get here. I ll never come back. Don't waste your time.

Horrible place always crowded. Funds restart every month no matter how how many times you donate. Pay is low. Just a scam find a better center

First visit was decent. Second visit, not so pleasant. Team needs to work on being one unit. Arguing in front of your donors is not good for the business, nor is it professional. This is what I witnessed. After I was done donating, I was still seated for an additional 10 - 15mins before my needle was removed from my arm and I was able to leave. This location needs to work on time management.

They are rude and don't care if they mess up your arm are vein and tell you its your fault for not drinking enough water

The phlobotamist or completely rude! Management all they worry about is new doners! The ones that have been donating they leave you laying on the bed after you have donated to tend to new doners 1st. Most of all is csl has and showes no respect to you!

Yea don't tell them you've been in jail. If you do. They will. Not take your blood. Only after 1 year. You can come donate. So you have to wait 1 year to donat.

They are good at their job and I'm from Cincinnati ohio and i was skeptical if Houston csl was going to be good

Went here and got very rude service. Was refused to donate because I don’t live in Houston, which I wasn’t told when I called. Never have had that problem with anywhere else I’ve donated. Think they need to work on customer service and learn how to treat people. And I really don’t think they should refuse anyone when they’re in need of donations to save lives. SAVING LIVES. ISNT THAT WHAT ITS ABOUT? !

Every one is very professional nice and every one always has a smile.just down to earth people working there.

I love that I'm in and out in a short time.staff is nice unless they are not on the clock or going to break or something, then they will ignore you.

This place is great, clean, friendly, efficient. I've been to another plasma place, and I was really impressed with this place compared to the other. And it wasn't super cold in there. Oh and they also gave me a goodie bag that had juice, peanut butter crackers and a fresh new pair of ear phone set to listen to the video, and not have to share with other people.

I live this place and the people here Sarah is the best super sweet and makes conversations with anyone. Iren and Bianca is so nice and professional kesha my girl she keeps me laughing i love the fact that there like friends you aint seen in awhile when u see them.
