They never open on time their not friendly at all and their slow about hooking up and taking you off.

Had to come to this location because my usual location on gus thomason in mesquite was closed due to flooding. I will not be back here! My machine was loud and slow, when I asked my tech to fix it, she made it worse and just walked away. Told her I have an inner ear ailment and she still walked away.

Always fast and friendly! I have been to a few CSL FACILITIES across the country and this facility has always been #1.

Brittany and the entire Staff is absolutely amazing. I love this location for the friendly, fun, and professional service with smiles. Would definitely come back to donate.

Very unprofessional and rude the workers are lazy and I professional and leave the donors waiting for hours

They are slow and only have one person working booth SMH
They need more workers in the booth, Been in the first line for a 1hr wait already, They don't open on time, its hot outside and have bee's by the front door

Pretty slow facility. The one in mesquite and the one in North Dallas are way more organized and more fast paced. This one needs a lot of work and more staff

If I could give no stars I would. The dirty restroom says everything about this place and the people. I am a new donor and it was not worth it. I waited 4 hours for $125 never coming back I thought it was $200. If you need $ for a bill like I did just get a loan or pawn something they don’t deserve plasma. Then you have to report this on your taxes for your plasma from your body they are paying for. NEVER AGAIN

I've been four times now, and everything is as fine as can be expected. The only bad experience is, occasionally, my fellow donars are a bunch of crybabies who can't stand to wait in any line for any amount of time. The staff, however, are decent enough. The facilities are clean and functional. I have no complaints about the place itself, and I'll continue to donate for the foreseeable future.

I would not recommend nobody come hea if ur black they will let there Mexican friends skip the line an have you standing in line when it’s a sit available I wish I knew her name but they don’t wear name tags hea

My first rime donating at this buliding.i AM NOT impressed. What did stand out is how the short AfricanAmerican lady w/the blonde hairleft the front and came to the back to help the ladies that were standing there tslking and laughing with 8 ppl in line waiting for chair.the line would not have start moving if she didnt come. NEVER have i seen sooooooo many open xhais and donors in line.i can oly imgine hiw long its going to take to get off.

My husband went up there today for his third donation he was suppose to get 125.00 and only got 50. We was a little up set about it. Just because he didn't do it all in a few weeks.

I was very nervous to donate plasma for the first time, but the staff educated me they where very patient with me, and it didn’t hurt one bit. But what’s gonna make me come back is the staff, I talked to everyone from the front to the back and it was super pleasant! I wish I knew all the ladies names that worked in the front on 01/22/23 but please give this place another chance and if you feel like anyone is rude to you up there 9 times out of 10 you where rude first.

Everywhere I go I just don't like ppl giving ppl hardtimes while they work.
I didn't wont nobody giving my mom or anybody I know a hardtime while they work.
I don't it. I wouldn't do it.

The front reception area to busy runny they mouth instead of taking care of patient 4 people screening but everyone in one both talkin and the bac empty I got here at 8 am and don’t get on the bed to 9 the morning shift
