CSL Plasma, Dallas TX

By far the worst plasma center I been to. Worst customer services your going to get I been to multiple plasma centers in this company CSL is the worst they want honor your bonuses and when you call corporate they are rude as well try other ones like biomat and kedplasma or other ones they pay more for one and they honor there bonuses this is also the only plasma company that goes by weight (pay more if you weigh more pay less if you weigh less) which should tell you everything they only care about money and volume of plasma could care less about the human giving the plasma after visiting this place I will never donate for them again good luck

By far the most cleanest fastest clinic to go to and donate. All of the employees from the front to the ones. Doing the sticking down to the security guard.most chill vibe. Watching things run smoothly.this clinic is. The best on. Come judge it for yourself. Thank you my name is Daniel lopez

I got deferred for asking will get deferred if I donate there an I never went there the screening process to get deferred from there I will not recommend nobody go there

I had a fantastic experience! Corey & Angela took great care of me! It was my 2nd and 3rd time donating. When I started feeling wonky Angela took excellent care of me! She was kind, professional and knew exactly what to do so I could finish my donation. They have excellent attitudes and I appreciate such a positive experience!

The service here is the absolutely the worst I and about 20 other donors have waited an hour in line to get to the bay. And the bay is empty there is ‘NO POSITIVE DONOR EXPERIENCE HERE’ I will never come back here ever again

I don’t mind going to CSL it’s great friendly staff but I just don’t like the long wait in line.

Security is super prejudice and just rude! Website and Google say it closes at 5pm. I walked in at 4pm, why did none of the staff tell us they were closed or closing at 4 until I stood in line after completing my questionnaire on the app while waiting 15 min to calm my pulse down from walking over there, did they want to make a scene telling me to leave the building immediately while holding onto his gun or taser like he has to be prepared to use force or something.

Halina is a great Leader at this facility and is the main reason I recommend this plasma center, Andrew the screener is also great

This place has nice staff. Very professional and compassionate. Saturday and Sunday hours has just recently changed from 8-7 to 8-5.

As I was walking up to the door at 4: 30 the security guard locks the door before 5pm. Very unnecessary and unprofessional. The security man stepped out side. I rolled my window down. I asked him. Why is the business door lock before 5pm. His answer was they close at 4pm but locked the door at 4: 30 while parking.

Corporate needs to get this straightened because I drove over there for nothing. Or I can give my business some where else. So I normallywould give a five-star. But because of this incident I'm giving it a one-star.

Went for my third donation tonight. This place is the most ghetto unorganized and unprofessional plasma center I have ever been to in 20 years of donating. It was closing time. As a newer donor I can't even ask a question without getting attitude. I will go back to my other center from now on. I can't even with this place and the unfortunately people who work there. No wonder they have 3 stars.

Yes I'm here now and I guess they don't really pay attention to the order people sit because a old man that came in after me got stuck before me But whatever

I don’t know about the other staff, this was my first time, I had Lay and she was very Professional in had a good attitude, next time I go I will put in a request for her

This place is a huge joke DO NOT waste your time going here. They always have some excuse why you can’t donate or their system is down, they ask you for this documentation and when you ask them why they asking they give attitude. I ask for medical manager and she came in with an attitude, I have every right to ask why you asking me for information just as you all do, then they want to deny me and say “Don’t come back” I’ll gladly not come back, this place always has new people that don’t stick you correctly then blame you for blowing your vein.maybe I should contact health department

I waited for 5 hours just for a screening, once screening was over, I waited an additional hour to get a physical. Didn’t leave due not wanting to waste the time. Worst location in Dallas. Avoid if you can.

Total waste of time and they aren't even professional, don't know what they're doing. Go to Grifols instead. I signed up as a new donor and on my second visit, the person who set me up to the machine left me unattended.another person came by and didn't see that the machine was not equipped correctly and got blood into the plasma cells.when they tried to wrap me up, they failed on that as well and got blood all over me, the seat and the floor. Deferred me and now I'm no longer a new donor and only get 40$ per visit.over something that was actually never my fault. By I got punished for it. I don't care about the money, but if I'm out here spending my time and deteriorating my health with you guys, I expect professionalism.

Staff is super slow. I was there waiting along with multiple other new donates and I was waiting for over a hour ontop of that they would let other people go before you.
