CSL Plasma, Houston TX

Most unprofessional staff I very meet, they believe we are here to service them. Never coming back here and not recommend for everyone.

Now I’ve been slanging plasma for a long time and at many locations. I’ve been to plasma places with a parking lot full of itchy neck scratching fiends that hit you up for change and cigarettes and a waiting room full of dirty hoods that fight each other while waiting to be called up. Don’t. Go here instead. This place is by far the best, EVER. LaSha, Anastasia, Dominique, Stallion, (not really her name, but anyway) nurse Laura.everyone here is exceptionally professional and always willing to answer and all questions. My only regret is that I didn’t know about CSL a long time ago.

Staff is INCREDIBLY rude and short with donors. The vitals check point staff don’t answer questions and are short disrespectful. Doesn’t seem like any actual management is being done here. There definitely needs to be some customer care improvement. Super ghetto and unprofessional.

Can't bring my 2 month son old in with me to wait on my girl to donate. It's policy. You are lucky it's not raining or cold. I can't even wait in the waiting room. I won't be coming back here.

I came to CSL worried because it was my first time donating but once i got there Mrs. Richelle Helped me become real comfortable. She instantly greeted me and talked to me asking me questions and answer my questions perfectly. I recommend anybody that comes to Hwy 6 locations to ask for her

Very cool and nice staff. Not a long wait at all. Felt so comfortable giving plasma although I was very nervous about it before. Strongly recommended donating center!

This place may be rough around the edges but on the inside is some amazing people with great attitudes. I'm always greeted by Neisha with a smile & laugh. The wait time is pretty quick also. The team always informs me of my next visit and tips on what help make my donation experience the best!

I've donated blood and plasma before at other donation centers and CSL Plasma is the best I've found. Very clean and bright. Friendly, well trained staff. Trisha in particular is a very friendly and knowledgeable phlebotomist. I am on my 11th donation now and Trisha has taken care of me near painlessly most every time. I will continue to come back.

Been going to this place for a couple years and they’ve never steered me wrong. Two employees that have stood out to me over the years, Tayla and Shantell, have had great customer service and customer relation. All the technicians here are friendly and give you a dope experience while donating and I’ve never had a problem or complaint with the staff or building. Big ups to this location for being here much love and great job to the ladies and gents that keep the store alive!

I was pre-screened by neisha! Service was outstanding and no second guessing needle insertion! A nice go-to for some change!

Looking for extra cash this is the place to go! I have been to many donation centers and this one is by far the best! There facilities from the donation stations to the restrooms are always clean. The wait time is practically nonexistent they always have open donation stations for fast in and out service. I love how fast they are I am in and out within a little over a hour. Would highly recommend this place!

It is always an awesome experience. I will always come to this location. Tayla is very helpful when I check in and is very friendly and the nurse Shannon is always nice and friendly. And the staff always greets with a smile and a welcome!
Overall the staff is awesome. This is the best location.
