The elevators have not been working for over 2 months now.

Customer service is horrible. They have a horrible dispute/complaint managing system.

I came in an Shavette helped me to figure out what exactly I needed. She took her time and explained everything in detail. She was patient with me and took very good care of me. I wish there were 10 stars instead of 5 she definitely deserves 20 stars.

Ms Sudds was very knowledgeable and friendly. She explained the contract to me and ensured my unit was clean. The process was quick and smooth.

The manager, ms. Christine, was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed every minute of her time and attention that was allocated to my family and me. She is a palladium.

Christine is awsom! She was so helpful amd friendly! I went to two other storage companies and had a horrible experience. Cheistine really made me feel welcomed! She is a keeper!

I have a unit here and Shavette always go above and beyond to assist me everytime I come in thank for your wonderful customer service

Stop by in a rush from trying to do a move in online was able to get in the office and the young lady shavette got right to it and was able to show me my storage and got me moved In quicker than the app

Excellent location. Shavette, the Manager, was excellent. Professional and nice. Made renting the space very easy.

The place have a rat & roach infestation, the rats ate through my property & urinated on everything. Destroying clothing & mattress, then the insurance that we’re required to have on everything does not cover damages due to rodents destroying it.

Whitney is so good, she's smart and friendly and happy to help. I like this storage place better than any other I've used

This is my 2nd time using this CubeSmart location. I thought the premises were secure and that like the first time, my things would be fine.

Boy was I WRONG! I go to my unit the other day to grab a pair of tennis shoes I wanted to wear this weekend and discovered that my unit had been ransacked!

So let's start with the fact that when I arrived, there was a red Cubesmart lock on my unit. I was shocked because my bill was paid before the due date. I went to the office and the manager looks at my account and states she's not sure why the red lock was placed on my unit.

Cool, she takes the red lock off and I enter my unit only to realize that someone had broken into my unit. I find it extremely suspicious that the red lock was placed on my unit with NO reason as to why, I hadn't been notified and then BAM.someone had broken into my unit. I 100% believe that this was an inside job because no other explanation would make sense.

It's so frustrating because my daughter and I are trying to rebuild and for someone to go in and take things that belong to us, just isn't right!

Needless to say, I will never recommend this storage location to anyone and I will most certainly warn people against using this location because someone there definitely seems to be taking advantage of the customers using this facility.

The ladies in the office are wonderful very helpful and understanding. Keeps everything clean and smells fresh.
