DO NOT MOVE YOUR STORAGE STUFF HERE! THEY Steal out your units and act like they have no clue what happened! When I arrived 4 days later after being notified (cause I work out of town). They hadn’t even called the police to file the police report, because “THEY could not get no touch with HPD. ” I was able to get HPD there in less than 30 minutes for the police report etc.

That’s VERY SUSPICIOUS.

The guy at the desk, told me he saw the intruders on camera and that they got the fence fixed that they came thru!

However when The police officer arrived everything changed, they looked at the camera and saw NOBODY at the times the Storage unit said the break in took place. The camera to the door my unit was and the camera facing the fence, he said they came over.

So for some ODD REASON, the same angles they told me the intruders came through and at the times they told me, the camera showed nothing when police viewed.

For sure an inside job! You’ve been warned!

Justin provided excellent customer service and was extremely helpful in assisting me with changing/securing a unit. He is very detailed oriented which made the process hassle free.

This is a horrible storage center with three break-ins and very little done to protect storage contents. They only have continue to raise rental fees with no obvious deterrence or attempts to protect contents. Locks have been broken doors opened, and they have done very little to mitigate and or help clients.after the first theft, they are on notice, and have a clear duty to increase methods of deterrence as well as notification the staff keeps changing and provide very little help or assurance in avoiding the next event. There will be lawsuits to recover losses, mainly from their negligence, and in action, it appears they only care about rental fees, and nothing about protecting their clients property. I would avoid them completely. Legal action coming!

Staff very helpful. There have been 2 break-ins recently though. Need better security systems.

This place is inaccessible half the time because almost any vehicle that parks to go into their unit will block another vehicle. Good luck if you have a drive up unit. Also, climate control units are WARM, DAMP, AND HUMID.

Justin Tran provides top-notch service to his customers. Although I was in a rush, he made sure every detail of the contract was reviewed and he escorted me to the unit personally for inspection. He didn't allow me to make him deviate from proper procedures. Thank you Justin for being professional and providing the best service I've ever received at a storage facility.

I went to rent a storage and had an great experience. It was very busy but despite being busy the lady who attended (Heaven) was very nice and helpful and made sure I was taken care of.

E. Richards is an amazing person. She truly gives me hope for humanity. She went above and beyond to help me. I was blessed to have met her.

Took months for my door to be replaced after being broken into and the insurance company never returned my calls about my stolen items.

Very easy experience honestly. I wanted contactless, less interaction with people to make it easier and no wait time. When I got there, I misinterpreted the instructions on the initial email. Went into the office and the manager was there. Such a helpful guy! Very eager to assist and answered my questions. Never rented a storage at a place with such great service. Will recommend to others.

I moved in on the 7th, but was billed on the 2nd. Stephen, basically called me a liar. Babbling, about was other people usually do. Dismissed, my actual move in date. Some people, secure the storage, before moving in. This was not my case. Another company, that scams the customer, every way they can. VERY Disappointed!
Miss the days of.customer appreciation!

Every time I have came to the office they gone above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered and my needs were met. I will update once I remember the gentleman’s name that helped me this past Saturday.

I came to CubeSmart near Silber on I 10 and received great customer service from the two gentleman there. They cut off my lock, got me a new one, and helped my find a “junker” to help haul away items we cleaned out from the storage unit

I came here for some boxes and tape because I was moving and the two guys that where in the office Solomon and Stephen. Where a huge help I don't need a storage but if I did it would be here these guys where so helpful and the atmosphere was just so happy and by the way the office smelled so good nothing but vibes here I will definitely be coming back to this location for my moving supplies these guys are great. I wish I could give 10 stars. But only allows 5. These two are awesome they go above what I have experience elsewhere

Stephen, the manager, is what sealed the deal for me. He is highly competent, friendly, helpful, honestly addressed all my questions - exhibits professional integrity in every way. For me, who the management and staff are makes all the difference - evident in conversations, actions, and the entire physical appearance of the facility. This location gets 5+ stars because of Stephen.

A horrible unsafe property. 2 breakins and nothing done. Empty your unit as soon as possible. They offer nothing despite their liability knowing they are vulnerable and do nothing

Just make sure you buy the "concealed type" lock for your unit. The padlocks can be cut no matter the thickness
