This facility is a great storage place! Very convenient to Seven Meadows. Friendly staff! Very clean facilities! Has carts by elevators for easily moving things in and out of storage. Climate controlled and well lit. Feels very safe and secure. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Leased two climate control units from Jonathan and Brandon @ Katy Gaston. They were detailed and informative when units first leased and very helpful on move in. And still continue to be as my leases continue. A great place with a great staff.

Just moved to Katy less than a year ago and we found the perfect storage place. We have leased several storage places in the pass, however, Jonathan and Brandon made us feel very welcome. They to go out of their way to make their customers happy. They have helped me unload sometimes outside so the wife won't get hurt. Also, sometimes I honk and they know its me and they open the gate for me. Just super great customer service and because of Jonathan and Brandon we always try to pay ahead of time. They both deserve a huge pat on the back.
