CubeSmart Self Storage, Humble TX

Sarah was super helpful when I initially inquired a few weeks ago. Then yesterday I actually paid for the spot I wanted. Wendy was there on this visit and she too was nice. I’d recommend this location.

The entire experience was great! The lady I booked my storage with was absolutely awesome & the lady who works at the site was just as great (Sarah)

I give it a 5 star. Sara and Wendy gave me the best customer service. They take the time to answer my question and all the information i need to get the right storage for my things. I really recommend this location in Atascosita.

Love brigs location. 0886 in Humble Texas. The staff is very knowledgeable, and always willing to help. I highly recommend you to go to them for all your storage needs. Sarah is truly fantastic and goes above and beyond.

Sarah and Pete are very nice! I was sent to this location by Angel at a nearby location. They were waiting for me when I drove up and gave very good information, a tour and was kind.

Originally wanted another storage size, but after learning it was best to get a climate controlled unit they ended up not having it available. Sarah, the customer service rep on site was super helpful. While she didn’t have the unit I was looking for, she found one at another CUBESMART that did, and wrote their information/prices on a sticky note. I was already hot and moving is never fun, but this small gesture made huge difficult. She cared about what I actually needed instead of just signing me up for any kind of unit. Thank you, Sarah!
