My time with CubeSmart was great! Easy getting in and easy checking out. My unit was clean and they provided everything I needed for check in within my unit. Check out was a breeze as well. Kim was great.

Beware of the "web special" they don't tell you the price will almost TRIPLE after the "4 month minimum"
Made a reservation for a 10×15 with a 50% promotion. When I paid I was charged more than the full price of a 10x15 with no promotion. The office said she would need to contact her manager for a future credit. Over $200 more then originnaly billed they take from me but can't "reimburse" anything.
Easy to reserve, excellent service, units are spotless, entire facility is clean. Kim is superb.

Be aware they will decide to change their agreement to sign for your packages and not notify you causing you to not receive important shipments for months in a row before you figure out the problem! Corporate agreement shows they’d sign but new manager apparently has the ability to personally decide she doesn’t want to do it! VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Now spending my day moving business materials/samples to Advantage Storage!
