Andrea was absolutely wonderful! So professional and friendly and she really knows her stuff when it comes to this business. I will always recommend this location based on her kindness and professionalism. She made renting a unit a breeze.

This faculty is no longer secure or well managed. The small pedestrian gate is purposefully left open every day and usually late into the evening. The lights have been out for months near the elevator and have not been fixed even after the facility was notified. The female "assistant manager" is rude and does not care about your concerns. She will tell you that "you can move out if you don't like it" instead of listening to you. I will not pay $350 a month for a poorly maintained storage facility that is not secure.

I came and I needed a storage unit, I met Jose and. I’m telling you he is the best person I’ve met in a years. His service is the best, he explained everything and made me feel welcomed. I don’t know what else to say about it it was perfect no one friendlier.

Everyone in the office gave me a lot of information in person and gave great customer service.

Manager on duty she was absolutely amazing. My code wasn't working and she tried and tried, but it wasn't working. She told me she would get it fixed and let me know when it was fixed. She gave me a temp code and then later sent a txt letting me know my code was working. That was great customer service to me. Thank you.

The elevators would break down periodically. If you had to go to the restroom and had access to second or third floor you didn't have access to first floor where the bathrooms were at

Clean, well stocked with carts, staff very kind, and helpful.
But only one elevator, the 2nd elevator needs repair.
