Angela and Andre are pure EXCELLENCE customer service specialists—retain them at all costs!

My husband Kirk Miller is late paying on the storage and the gentleman Andre won't let him get our stuff out the storage unless he comes with $160. That's not fair we have right to get our stuff. I would not Recommend cubesmart to family and friends.

Representatives were helpful, knowledgeable and polite. It was a very pleasurable experience.

It was so easy to schedule, load the unit, and unpack it! Access to elevators and dollies helped make the whole process so smooth!

The space is also super close to campus so it is ideal for college students.

The pricing is also nice if you are only using it for a month of so.

We used this site for 3 1/2 years and were quite happy with the customer service. There were never any problems. They keep the place spotless.

Clean facilities and convenient location in downtown Austin. Two entrances make access convenient during busy periods.

Everything went pretty smoothly. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I thought I had a reservations for the 3rd floor but ended up being put in the basement. The only thing wrong was they didn't tell me the combination to the green lock on the locker and the office closed as I went to the unit. Luckily I was able to reach the customer service center and they gave me the combination.

No staff or washrooms on Sunday.
Deceiving advertising offering first month free but not actually honoring it in the contract.
Storage unit had a pillar inside which cut off a significant amount of the 5x5 stall that I rented.

The only redeem quality was how easy the initial instruction package was.

Melonie as absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable and so helpful! She showed me all of the units I was interested in with a very cheery attitude! The best customer service!

Reserving my storage unit on line was easy. So was checking in. The air conditioning is cool, and I got a free frisbee out of it. I have no complaints.

This was a great storage location for downtown Austin. Relative hassle free and climate control keeps items in good condition.

Easy and quick to facilitate online. Was able to rent the unit and make arrangements so that my college student was able to show up with his items when he was ready and move in without him having to deal with anything. Moving out was the same, no real contact/appointments/schedule was needed. Moved out when ready and done!

1.finding the right size was very easy and renting was very smooth. Great staff at the CubeSmart location!
2.the space was well lit, clean, easy to find my space, etc. Very nice facilities
3.when i finally ended my contract -the cancellation process was super easy as well. So many places make it a hassle to cancel but NOT CUBESMART! Appreciate your understanding!
