They have the best customer service highly recommend I called to have my ac fixed and In less than 2 hours they came and knocked on my door! I’m very proud to say I’d use them again if something goes wrong. I had no problem while under their care! Anita was very polite and was a huge help keeping me updated and checking on me even after they had came to make sure everything was fine. This company is amazing!

I chose Cucco's to replace my AC units and air handlers about 12 years ago. I have been using their services since that time and they have done an excellent job in pricing, communication, warranty and routine servicing. Doug has been top shelf to deal with. We had issues with the attic air handlers and he fully replaced both units at no charge 5 years after the initial installation. Shelby has been on site a few times and has provided great service that I fully trust. Based on my experience with Cucco's, I fully recommend them and my expectations and mechanical experience are high.

They came out to inspect our unit (for free of course) but tried to charge us $12,000 for an entire new unit when it was a $29 scroll compressor plug that needed replaced! We went all summer with no AC and I feel like they tried to take advantage of my mother in law because she was the only one home.

A/C went out at 2: 00am on 6/26/23. Shelby from Cucco’s here at 10: 45am on 6/26/23 to replace capacitor. Great people at Cucco’s - they take care of their customers.

Called on Sunday morning at 10: 45am. Doug was in my driveway when my family and I came home from church 90 minutes later. He was very professional and had the parts he needed on his truck. Had us up and going within the hour! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I would not think twice about calling them if I need a/c service!

Bought a unit a few years ago and it has been nothing but problems. They have been out several times and it still is not working correctly. They always have an excuse on why it's not going to be covered under the warranty and now it's out again and because I had another company come out and look at it they are refusing to send a technician out. So much for a lifetime workmanship warranty.

The owner and his son Shelby treat you like family. They respond promptly knowing you are in the heat and care about your comfort. They are knowledgeable about their work and stand behind the name. There character is impeccable.
Also, we have noticed the same technician comes out each time. Ensuring he knows your unit, what he did the last time he was there and he knows us and we know him.
I recommend them highly.

Ad our AC go out when it was 100 degrees outside, called and spoke with Annette she was extremely helpful and very understanding. Doug (owner) came out and tried everything to fix ours unfortunately it was not to be. Doug gave us a great deal and we had a whole new system put in the next day. His technicians were very knowledgeable and kept us informed of everything they were doing. Highly recommend Cucco's, great service and very nice people.

Based on very high reviews. I called Cuccos AC and Heating to take a look at my air conditioner. They were nothing short of spectacular. I have seen only a few businesses with such solid communication. Every single person was extremely prompt and professional. You will not see better customer service from any company. I truly could not give Cuccos a higher recommendation. 5 stars!
