Our system froze and busted. After speaking with Brandy she said that “natural causes” aren’t covered by our warranty. So she transferred us to a manager who was very rude from the start. He eventually told us to buy the parts we needed would be $1800.00 with the install. If we wanted just the parts to install ourselves it would cost $1500.00. They wouldn’t be able to help us in anyway. So we decided to go back through the process of having it all replaced through them. When the sales person came out he quoted us $1200.00 for the same system we were replacing. So, we will no longer be using Culligan. If I could give less than 1 star I would!

Horrible! Watch your bills they charge you for products already included in your Gold Sheild plan. Their systems are always wrong on the days they come out. They are supposed to do maintenance, but instead leave chemicals for you to put in your system. I don’t want you to walk me thru it! I am paying for this plan for it to be done by a technician! The staff will argue with you. It’s getting worse every time I have to interact with them. I have to call them and walk them thru what they need to do about my service. They don’t even know when my plan starts, and when it ends. Beware of this company! I told you so!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service from Brenda at Culligan Water. I was facing issues with my 18-year-old water softener, and Brenda was incredibly helpful in resolving them.

What stood out to me the most was her honest and customer-centric approach. Instead of pushing for new, expensive equipment, Brenda took the time to thoroughly examine my existing system. She identified and expertly rectified several key issues with the settings, which significantly improved the performance of my old water softener.

Her expertise, coupled with her genuine concern for customer satisfaction, was truly commendable. It's rare to encounter such integrity and professionalism in service calls today. Brenda's approach not only saved me the cost and hassle of unnecessary upgrades but also restored my trust in quality service.

I highly recommend Brenda and Culligan Water for anyone facing water softener issues. Her knowledge, honesty, and dedication to customer service are exemplary and deserve recognition.

Customer service is nonexistent! Forget it if you have a leak and an emergency! I have left two voicemails, submitted two forms, posted a comment on their Facebook and called two additional times with no answer. And NO callbacks. What are Culligan customers supposed to do in times of emergency when the system is failing? I do NOT recommend this business and Culligan as a brand needs to find a new service partner STAT!

Horrible customer service and pricing for outdated systems. They try to force you into leases and then make it nearly impossible to cancel the lease saying they need at least 30 days notice for a 15-30 minute service call. I’ve been a customer for 5 years and had 2 systems and the first time I had to change one to a new office o encountered their poor service. This second time around confirms it. I’d strongly recommend looking into other options

Had an issue with my water softener I purchased with Culligan. Mr. Joseph Gomez the technician and his assistant was assigned to service the water softener. I can't say enough good things about them both. They showed up on time and were very respectful and professional. Mr. Gomez explained everything in detail regarding the repairs. I would give 5 stars however, I had to leave two separate voice mail messages before a representative contacted me. The representative Yanelly, was helpful and courteous regarding my billing inquiry. Thank you.

Culligan is great! Very helpful anytime I call. Rodney is my delivery guy, and he is awesome! I never really know when my delivery day is, so even though he shouldn't have to, he calls me every time to see if I need water, and to give me a heads up so I can put my bottles out. He is very nice and very much appreciated. Thank you, Rodney!

Good products and reliable service but phone service needs improvement.no one answers the phone and you have to leave a message almost every time.

The Office customer service is very dismissive, unwilling to help, condescending tone that will hang up on you and forward your calls. I don’t mind paying my part but what they told me on the phone versus what was billed is two totally different things and now that it’s done I feel cheated and lied to by this company. Y’all stay away or be ready for a surprise bill.

I would love to give this company five star review, but unfortunately I can't not even give it one star. Although their technicians are great and knowledgeable at what they do and customer service is decent. Unfortunately their products no so much. I purchased a chlorinator from them about two years ago. I paid $2000 dollars for it. And since 2022 I've lost count on how many times they've come out here to try and resolve the issue. And every time they come out here they charge me for parts and labor which at this point, I should not have to pay for a service that only gets resolved for a couple of months and then I have to call them again. To make matters worse I have to wait a couple of days for them to get back to me, to see what they can do. Mean while I am stuck with horrible smell of the horrid water from my well. I honestly regret getting a chlorinator and should've gone with a holding tank. At this point I do not know what to do, as I am tired of giving them my money for something they haven't been able to solve, other than temporary solutions.

I got a Gold Seal Contract with Culligan. I got salt delivery to my house and got services for my water softener by paying a minimal amount of money monthly. When I have problem with my water softener, Culligan sent someone to fix it and I don't have to pay a dime. That is a great deal to me. I am happy with the service that Culligan provided. Culligan is a great company, and I am well pleased with the service provided from Culligan.

I just got my water softener and RO system installed. The installer forgot one of the RO filters but said I will get a service call to schedule when they could bring it back. A few hour after he left the alarm went off because of a very small leak under the RO system so I turned that off until they get back here. I will love it when it gets working fully and am already enjoying my soft water. I'm leasing my systems and would love if the advertised service of a service tech coming out to refill my salt in the unit would become available in Lampasas soon as I can't lift bags of salt but I will get that figured out so as not to do any more damage to my shoulders and back that I already have. Maury (my salesman) and Joseph (my installer) were both extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this to people. You can lease like I'm doing or you can buy.

I like the product, the equipment is excellent, has great longevity. Service is outstsnding, customer service will go out of there way to assist if you care to replace your filters. Love everything about Culligan. I had same excellent service in CA for 11 yrs and presently 6 yrs, we brought our original unit from CA and it still functions perfectly.
