We love our filter and had great service. But I was very surprised by the added costs upon billing.

Deceptive "deposit" becomes a "trip charge. " When I called to make an appointment to have my kitchen under-counter water softener filters replaced. I was charged $105 for a "trip deposit". Don came, did a great job -charged me $77.52 for his time -even though I had the under sink area cleaned out and ready for him to shorten his time on-site. Received my invoice. The deposit became a "trip charge". My total invoice after the $105 was an added $352+. So my total was $450+ (because they charge another $2 fee for the invoice). I wouldn't mind paying $450 if they were upfront about it. The process was not at all transparent, nor clear. Companies should tell people upfront what the costs will include. Very disheartening.

We remodeled our kitchen and needed the culligan system re-installed. The first service technician was incompetent and didn't know how to do it. Another one came to his aid and completed the installation. Soon thereafter we noticed leak damage in the brand new cabinets. During over a month culligan technicians tried to fix the problem but never managed. Their parts leaked and destroyed our new cabinet. It started smelling of mold. We couldn't use the system. They were unable to find the cause for the leak. Months later they sent me an invoice charging me for all their trip to repair their mistakes. The fact that they took up hours of my time and that we were left with a non functional system and that their system destroyed my brand new kitchen didn't bother them. They still sent me an invoice and asked me to pay again for their broken parts that needed to be replaced. Very disappointing.

Office staff was very friendly and helpful and the representative that came explained everything about the system.

Culligan helped us by installing a whole house filtration system. Well worth the cost! Safe to drink and safe for appliances. Staff is extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable! A+

Top-notch customer service! After the deep freeze in South Texas, we realized that the filter in our water softener had shattered. Culligan sent out a technician within 24 hours of receiving our call. He was able to bypass the filter to restore water to our home. In addition, he did a pressure test to ensure there were no other leaks in our home.

We have been Culligan customers for about 15 years now and we are so happy with this Company. If we ever had concerns about our system (which is not often), they sent someone to our home in a matter of days. We have actually had the same service tech in the time we have done business with them. He's awesome, helpful and friendly. It means a lot when employees are with the same company for that long. Culligan has been delivering to my office for many years. When a hurricane threatens our coastal city, they always deliver extra water if we request it early. Regular deliveries are always timely. We enjoy and appreciate their service. Thanks.
