Culver's / Culver’s, Conroe TX

I usually really like going to Culver's for the chicken and fries, but I honestly doubt I'll come back. I've only had problems recently but it seems like there's always something. A couple days ago after work I pulled into the drive thru 15 minutes to close, waited a couple minutes and was ignored until the menu lights turned off. Today I pulled into the drive thru and had to wait a few minutes to order, then pulled up to pay & got my drink. After waiting a few more minutes the window opened up and they read back a different order, I corrected & said I'd already paid, and they had me pull up to the trash can. I waited 30 mins, at least 10 cars were served behind me alongside 5+ that were waiting behind me. The guy finally came and asked if I'd ordered the tenders, which took 5 more minutes to get out. It was incredibly grating and I'd finished my drink and saw a family start & finish their meal by the time I got my food. I realize these instances were likely one-offs but it's enough to make me not want to go through the trouble again, especially considering a medium 4 pc tender + fries + drink is nearly $10.

The drive through staff was very friendly. Chocolate frozen custard shake was very good.just never enough of it in the cup! ;-)

I usually don’t do reviews because I’m lazy but by far the Best veggie burger that I’ve ever eaten. Fair price and fresh food. I will be back again.

Have not had their burgers in 20yrs and stopped by to have one. As always, buttery and yummy! Now that I moved closer north and my kids loved it, I will be coming more frequently.

Sandwich was hot, except the fries. This would have been a damn good lunch. Why the fries not FRESH and hot

Over cooked burgers and ingredients on the burger I asked not be on it. Have asked numerous time them NOT to hang a tag on my vehicle door

Luv their Reuben sandwiches and fries.fat crinkle fries. Have had their fish plate and their burgers.all are good! Definitely will return.they give a senior discount too! Manager was very accommodating! I am giving them a thumbs up!

Usually really fresh and tasty, but inconsistent. Occasionally it's off and the bun is soggy or the veggies aren't the freshest.

The burgers were a little smaller than we thought they would be, but not a deal breaker. They tasted great!

Service was friendly, short wait for delisous hot burger and fries. Yes we tried the creamy custard! Reasonable prices

This place was very clean and the staff were very nice. Cool place to just come and have a nice meal.

Good selection on menu, custard is creamy and delicious. Drive thru service is generally slow. Save yourself the grid and just park and go in. Would have been 4 stars but drive thru service is that bad.

We had great service and the food was great. The custard was outstanding. We recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great fresh hamburger and great custard.

We need more of these down here! I first had Culver's in Michigan, and have made it a point to frequent it down here as often as I possibly can. The butter burgers are fantastic, crinkle cut fries always hot and fresh, and the custard is out of this world! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu!

No customer service this visit. Waited about five minutes and was never acknowledged that I was a customer and wanted to order. Only one other customer and at least five employees looked at me. It will be a long time before I visit again.

Culver's is pretty good. They have a flavor all their own. Burgers are good, chicken strips are simple; a nice change from the heavily breaded and shellacked with sauce variety.

I love Culver's! Ever since I was first introduced to them in my home town of Omaha, NE. They are ALWAYS friendly and courteous and ANY location. This particular location still took our order even thought it was minutes from closing, and gave us hot food and awesome service. Thank You!

I’ve always loved Culver’s. I used to manage one myself. But I went tonight and tried the pretzel bites. OH MY GOD.they were so good!

The kids love coming here because of the ice cream, but I have to admit they do make a fine hamburger.
