Culver’s, Round Rock TX

Good food, but why do I bother ordering curbside ahead if every time I spend 10-15 minutes parked after clicking "here. " This last time after 12 minutes of being parked with no one coming through the drive thru, we just went inside to ask about our order. Overheard the staff arguing about when my order was going to be ready and the guy cooking yelling back that they haven't started my order, the guy at the front saying curbside needed to be expedited, the other guy arguing back that they don't have time for it. Not realizing we were standing there witnessing everything. Took another 5-7 minutes to get our order on a slow night.

I always have to stop by when I'm in town, my girlfriend showed me this place and now I'm hooked.

Never heard about this place before nor seen any ad of them, we were looking for a place nearby where we were, pics of the ice cream seemed good so we went by. It was a good choice, food and dessert were good!

This place was clean, and Staff friendly. Only got a concrete custard, but I do love them!

The food is always good at every Culver's we've been to. The menu is appealing and the staff is ready to serve you. It was a pleasant experience!

The guy at the drive-thru wasn't listening, so we didn't get our fries or curds, even though they were on the receipt. We then went back and talked to the person at the register, which handed us a random box of curds that wasn't family size (which is what we ordered) and said that the fries came with the shrimp, even though we got two orders of fries.

Had a wonderful visit! Neil the manager is so kind and caring. All the staff was super friendly and accommodating. They forgot the kids meal chocolate milk & switched up applesauce for fries.and they fixed it immediately w big smiles on their face. Again Neil was the best manager! Love great customer service

First time at a Culver’s. Nice menu with a wide selection to choose from. The employee taking our order wasn’t very friendly or helpful so we just ordered 2 burgers and some cheese curds. Dining area was clean but crowded. The burgers were average, nothing special. The onion rings were very good, fries were okay. Those cheese curds were terrible. They weren’t crunchy and even had an odd color to them. Prices are average.

One of the best fast food burger places. Large selection of Shakes and sides (Fries, onion rings, tops, etc.) Wish I could eat here more often.

Do not have Culver's where I live. Stop in and had a great meal. The food was excellent and the service was fantastic. Will stop there whenever I am in Roundrock.

Such nice service and staff, great for the kids, and the lemon ice is crazy good, like most things there.

I get how mistakes happen, but when paper is on your burger like a piece of cheese, you'd think it would get noticed. The burgers tasted good even though the onions were missing. Sadly, people don't care about what they do.

My best discovery since moving to Texas. The cod is outstanding as is the rest of the food. I’ve tried everything. I’m a fast food snob and this is quality food. The custard is so creamy. The staff is efficient and friendly. I love eating here. It’s reliable all the time AND it’s so clean.

Military discounts and too many tasty options I drive from Copperas Cove to Round Rock that's about 50 minutes
