Cumberland Place Apartment Homes, Tyler TX

With my lease ending here in a few weeks I can say that this complex was a very relaxed and comforting place to call home. Sure we had a couple disagreements with neighbors in our 2.5 years but that’s the chance you take living in an apartment. Everything that the complex could control, they did smoothly and timely. Kristin the property manager I would say is one of the better ones I’ve had, she’s very upfront and straight forward and down to the bottom of the situation. Quiet, clean, and the location is prime. Tenants are a mix of every age and generally get along, I think it’s a pretty good place to call home. Especially in this economy.

Cumberland Place has been our home for 3 years now. The office staff is friendly, attentive to our needs, and is open to suggestions or questions. The apartment itself is very nice. We love the open floor plan and all of the storage! It is pet friendly which was perfect for us! There are lots of wonderful places to take your dog for some space outdoors. We love it here!

Beautiful apartments with a great location. Bonnie in the front office is a superstar and handles any problems extremely fast. If your looking for luxury living in Tyler, this is your place.

I moved in a little over a month ago. I looked at a lot of apartments in Tyler and these had the best open floor plans with lots of storage space. I was worried moving from a house, but I love living here! The manager, Kristen, and Bonnie and the rest of the staff have all been great to work with. Maintenance takes care of everything quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend these apartments!

Not sure of previous management team.but 2020 team is great! Office staff is friendly, accommodating, and maintenance team is quick! Even after hours. We had water in the hall from the Ac last night. Called and placed an Em call at 7: 30pm & by 8: 00pm Sean was here and had us all fixed up! He even went over to the office and brought back a clean filter.
Keep up the good work guys!

Management is horrible. We lived there last year and of course had a few damages to our apartment in which we tried to pay MULTIPLE times when we moved out, but we could never seem to get ahold of anyone via phone or email. Because of the poor management that balance has now been sent to collections and affected our credit when we have tons of proof of trying to reach out to them to pay it. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all. 0 stars for me:)

DO NOT do any work for this company. They do not pay and when you try to collect they try and say we can’t pay that much. Realtors DO NOT REFER ANY CUSTOMERS here unless you want to be ripped off.
