Was sold that recruitment would take as long as needed to fill the position and it would auto renew yearly - was told today nope, they term search a year from signing. Be aware of this when you pay upfront costs for a search that will expire within a year. Will not use them nor recommend them - will stick with contingency recruiting firms instead.
I needed a particular doctor for my company. They found me one in less than 30 days. Very professional, very realistic about expectations. Also communicated regularly and made me feel at ease about the whole process.
I wish there less than one star. Worst staffing agency for physicians. Most incompetent credentialing staff. They will not pay their physicians on time, if they do a mistake, they will not pay until you sign to release them from any liability.
To all my fellow physicians: there are better staffing agencies available.
