It was 1030pm on a Sunday night, and there was NO ONE available to help me with my flat tire. After close inspection of my wheel, Jawad determined that I have a 3 piece wheel, and that swapping the tire outside of a service facility would not be possible due to the nature of it's design. He did however anticipate this before coming out. He was able to provide me a full size spare at a very generous price. If it had been anyone else coming to change my tire, I know I would have still been stuck where my flat occured. His assistance didn't stop there. I had accidentally locked myself out of the car. I told him he had already done more than enough for me, and that he can just leave.but he refused to leave me on the side of the freeway. He creatively used what tools he had on hand to get me into my car without causing any damage. Jawad is a perfect example of outstanding service and human decency. 10/10 A+

We used this place to repair two rims. One rim was repaired correctly. The other was damaged more after they completed the work. I went back to shop to show the owner (Jawad) the damage and he was nice, initially (when he first asked me what I needed help with). He told me he would be right back after helping another customer (waited no less than 30 minutes for him to come back to my car). After seeing him helping other people, I went inside to ask him how we can resolve this and he was absolutely RUDE! I told him I can show him a before picture and he said “I don’t care about your picture. ” Then I was explaining to him (again) what his shop did wrong and he said something and just walked away (like a child having a temper tantrum), started helping another customer, and said to me he’s going to get coffee and will be right back.

If Jawad does not know how to deal with customers when conflicts arise, he needs to get out of a customer serving industry. And he was behaving this way in front of other customers and his kids. Poor example of human behavior. He will never get a dime from me and I’ll advise you to take your business elsewhere.

I initially worked with Dale. Dale is always pleasant and very cool. The owner said I had to take the issue up with Dale but Dale “doesn’t work here” which is a LIE. Jawad’s poor character having self didn’t even have his employee’s back.

Called and Jawad was at my house in 30 minutes. Replaced tires with new ones and cleaned all my rust off my wheels. Fast, friendly, very well priced. I will definitely be using again for my my upcoming projects. Highly recommend

Literally negative stars. No service, you don't even know who works there, bunch of used stuff all over the place looking messy.also this was my second time here seeing if i would even be acknowledged as a customer. At least i know not to waste my time again.

Fast moving employees, who are friendly. An owner who also gets his hands dirty and gives great prices on service and goods. They fixed my cracked rims, sold me spares tires with rims. They have said by their work, as they possess great with relationships with their customers. Having been there multiple times and recommended them to others, I have only had and heard of positive experiences.

I need two tiers for my truck and The owner get me two new tiers for the the price of wholesale, it was much stronger than the tiers originally was on the truck I'm grateful to be customer of Custom Motor Sports and recommend them for every one need help with their car need

My gf had a busted rim on her car, and these guys towed it over to their shop for a fair price, and hooked us up with a rim, which they modified slightly to fit her vehicle at an unbelievable (good) price. While they were working on the rim, they put the donut wheel on her car so she could drive around in the mean time. They also checked the tire and determined she didnt need a new one since it was undamaged instead of lying and trying to sell us a new one. Very very pleased with the price and the integrity of the people working there. Other mechanics should learn how to do business from this shop. That's how you get repeat customers.

Bought a tire from them for $50 and had it for a month. I got off work to notice the tire pressure looking low, to think much of it I went to put air in it and saw no increase. After taking the tire off I notice the thread of it was ripped from the inside something that could've been noticeable to me if I was the one working at the tire shop or putting the tire on myself. One of the brother that work there takes my tire to the back and say I'll have to pay $50 for another tire, ain't no way in hell. Then tries to sell me a tire off that had a rim on it that wasnt even the size of my tire. He just tryna make another sell. I told him to put my tire in the car and I'll go some where else. LUCKY TIRES & WHEELS on H6 have nearly new used tires for $40. I wished I wouldn't came here first I would've been $60 dollars richer.

I highly recommend this place! I was concerned to leave my brand new car with them over night but after talked to Jawad I decided to take the risk, and like he promised, nothing happened to my car. Jawad and his brother work crazy hard to make all their customers happy.
My wheels ended up being SO much nicer than I imagined! Before you decide to go anywhere else, you must go to Custom Motor Sports. They will take care of you and exceed your expectations! I am extremely happy with their service!
