Wow! They do above and beyond. My 99 Chevrolet Blazer is now mine. They are professionals and also price minded, they found an old alarm they voided the 75 dollars removal fee, because unique different scenario but this guys are professionals.and installation has Lifetime warranty. I will be back to get my Radio install and the Dashboard front panel the robbers broke taken a 20 dollars faulty radio and my Gold battery. I will come back. Money well paid, for me because I will keep this Blazer forever. God bless and see you soon Custom Sounds.

Ps: If I would of done this while I was putting cash into my Blazer, I know I wouldn't had have to buy a new battery, and window. If you dont have a alarm and your spending cash on your vehicle. Stop! Get an alarm.

I had my first problem ever with an auto alarm system that they installed over 8 years ago. They got it fixed and working properly again with zero hassle and only a short wait!

These people have always done great work on installing items that I didn’t have the time and/or knowledge to do myself.

An installer at the Fredericksburg Road location built a great custom subwoofer box for one of my vehicles about 8 years ago and it still sounds awesome after many great road trips!

5 stars. Recommend Custom Sounds. Shop was close to closing hours and repaired my amp. After let downs from surrounding audio shops they pulled through. Really appreciated it a lot.

Came In for a fuse and the crew there helped me out! Quick fast and easy. Very knowledgeable and even helped me for free! This is my go to place!

Gilbert, and his crew chris and jamal are the standard for customer service. They gave an excellent price for my vehicle on top of fixing a wiring issue that had me stuck on the high way. Even stayed late to make sure everything worked good. These people take care of the customer and thats what this busines is about! Highly recommended!

Sad Customer service. They will tell you a price and pretend they were talking about another system or product when you get there, even when you verify the exact product over the phone. Then, they want to charge you another $200 for the "correct" item.
DO NOT waste your time with these guys. They will definitely waste your time and feel nothing for doing so.

I had brought my car to get it tinted at 12 noon they say they will have it ready bye 3pm I call at 3 to see if it ready they said no til 5pm so I came over at 5pm to get my car they said another hour what the Hell I'll never bring my car back here again.

Came in with a radio that Best Buy said had issues during install to get it bench tested. They tested it and said it worked fine, but wouldn't install it themselves due to the custom nature of the work. However, the pointed me in the right direction to get the job done. Very helpful staff.

My man Albert pulled it off my Pioneer blew a fuse and it knocked out my radio and power windows and I bought this from them over a year ago got me back to jamin thanks Albert.
