5This place is awful. If it were a company, it would be bankrupt. They make it extremely difficult to sign up for water when you purchase a home. They want a copy of the deed, which you don't have until it comes in the mail a month after closing. They want your drivers license and SSN as if they're going to run a credit check, but they still charge a crazy deposit as if everyone is a deadbeat. They typed in the zip code wrong, so I wasn't able to sign up for an online account to do autopay (because you have to type in the zip code and I had no way of knowing that they typed it in wrong). It took hours of my life to get to the bottom of that. Then they questioned me about the previous owners of the house and were hesitant to let me sign up for water in my name because I guess he didn't pay? Not sure why his non-payment would have anything to do with the new owner.
WHAT IN THE WORLD! FIRST OFF THE WATER SUX! SECOND HOW LONG DO YOU HAVE TO TAKE TO GET NEW SERVICE? THIS PLACE IS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE!
The worst experience I have ever had, the lady who is at the payment window IS NOT TRAINED TO BE IN THAT POSITION, she does not know Spanish, she is uneducated and very curt, she has no customer service attitude, with all due respect that she deserves, she should retire if she is tired, I don't know how they can have someone like her in that position that requires the best attitude and the ability to help solve clients' problems, not make them bigger
I was there today, and the lady is at the window taking payment is so rude and racist, the department should hire bilingual personal and more educated, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I hope this reach management PLEASE! 03/14/2023
They tell you to sign in to be call but don’t bother they just service anyone standing by the window.
