The reception has not disclosed answer with question about service and contact prem exam. I was supposed to be in regular exam when making my appointment. The receptionist urged me to attend the appointment and said the doctor will go over with me. The doctor heard our conversation but seems on purpose not disclose the hidden service/fees to me either when I attended the appointment, the eye doctor has not went over the prem details and directly applied a 5 second test which afterward said it belong to prem with hidden fees without disclosing that is a prem instead of regular exam. Plus the retail price is 30% higher than other stores.
