Drug Store CVS reviews
16Just like any other CVS PHARMACY. Will not answer the phone EVER. I hate my insurance only works with CVS.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!
I have to come here monthly for my prescription because my health insurance doesn't cover my prescription in Walgreen's.
If you go to the drive thru, you have to wait like 1 hour or more, and if you go in person, they won't care and they'll ignore you completely.
They should REALLY change that.
Young girl at the drive thru pharmacy has an absolutely HORRIBLE attitude. She had a strange name that I cannot remember but she was terrible. I scheduled for a covid test because I thought it was the rapid. Which when I booked it did say. I asked if they had the rapid instead of lab and she said "NO. This is lab. 2-3 days.so do you not want to do it? ! " I said no because I need results asap to get to work and she sighed annoyingly and ran off. Didn't even explain it say anything else! Absolute disgrace! Completely disrespectful.
Waited 30 minutes beyond our appointment time to get the covid vaccine while others without appointments were taken first. Actively ignored by the pharmacist, he just started filling prescriptions even though he knew we were waiting.
Usually I give the benefit of the doubt with services but this was probably my first ever pharmacy experience where I’d give a solid -5 stars if I could. I check in (filled out the online forms beforehand) they say it’ll take a bit and I’ll get called in. 45 minutes of not being called and I check in asking how much people are in front of me. The person at front without looking at me says “Hold on I’m multitasking” and types on his computer for 5 minutes. He then asks the same questions I was asked 45 mins ago and tells me no one was in front of me. The line was nearly nonexistent when I went so I highly doubt the wait was due to overbooking but just poor management. If it was just a long wait which was bad enough, I would have generously given 2 stars but the ignoring by the staff and “no one was before you” knowledge downvotes CVS to 1 star.
In summary, CVS vaccination was probably my first ever and likely only service with a quality so poor than it ignited a Karen complex that I didn’t know existed previously. And I’m not even a boomer.
This pharmacy is the worst. You wait on hold for at least 20-30 mins before someone rudely answers. They are always out of meds. Drive thru is slower than slow. Only reason I go here is because my insurance will only cover 90 day maintenance drugs through CVS or online.
I have been using this pharmacy for over a year and they have only had my prescription correct twice. It is an allergy medication and a nose spray. It is the same from month to month but they cant get it correct even when they make notes in there system. They have one of the two prescription go missing twice, so they had to contact the doctor to have it re-prescribed in order to fill the order.
I have also received notification about my prescription being ready for pick up, so i go the the pharmacy four days later and it has already been put back. When you look at the notification it says you have eight days before they put it back on the selves.
The pharmacist are late, so do not show up at their listed opening time because no one will be there and once they do show up it takes them a bit to set up. If you need your medication (s) in morning I would should up about 45 minutes after the listed open time.
I went to inquire about my RX needed prior to surgery & they made contact to obtain the prescription needed to process my order. Very professional, warm & caring about my needs for a complete recovery. Thank you for your outstanding customer service & going the extra mile.
This CVS Pharmacy is much better than the one closer to me on Highland Knolls. I was very pleased with how quickly my medicine was filled from my doctor calling in! They were very friendly and professional too! Hopefully the other CVS will take notice.
They've screwed up my medication three times, over-charged me, and I'm still short 30 pills. Goddamn train wreck here.
Claims to be open every night till midnight, went there to get medicine at 10: 50 on a Saturday night and they are closed.
Don't go here! Bad, slow, unhelpful reps with no value for your time or money. I have been to this location twice and both times they have wasted my time. I miss my Memorial CVS. Not giving this one a third chance.
WORST experience ever in drive thru.so many cars waiting and called them to inform.response if u want come inside.then why they have Drive thru.
I was very happy with my service. I used the MoneyGram to send money to California to my dad and the woman behind the counter was very helpful. Looks like they're well-stocked in their products as well.
WORST CVS EVER! I paid for a curbside order and they "lost" my order after I had already paid for it. I called to find out what happened, I was left on hold for 5 minutes so I hung up and called back. When the associate answered she said "Look ma'am, we need your name and number and we'll call you when we find it. " What kind of customer service is that? ! They already have my money. WORST cvs employees ever! And the manager was just as rude as her empliyee. No wonder they employees are horrible.
Not sure how this location is still open. WORST service i've ever gotten. Never have i ever been spoken to so rudely. The were extremely unhelpful and the cashier had the worst attitude.
