Worst pharmacy i have ever dealt with three cars in drive thru 30 minutes per car its like they dont care or even try to have any speed of service completely redicilous

This is the slowest pharmacy on the face of the earth. They are doing drive through covid testing and I just waited 25 minutes behind one car in the drive-through. Ridiculous.

Basically had the EXACT situation as John. Called early, accused of doing it every month, being a problem, she even told me she expressed concern to my doctor.literally two maintenance meds. Who does this woman think she is? She told me I was the problem and insinuated I had a drug problem.what a laugh.

I only have to call because they NEVER refill anything on time.

The guy is nice enough, the woman is a F’ING NIGHTMARE. How she keeps her job is beyond me.

Called corporate. We will see if they do anything.

I actually give the pharmacy less than 1 star. I am a home health nurse, I pick up prescriptions for several of my patients. I dread having to call them when there is a problem.which is often. Even when pressing the healthcare provider option I am on hold for upwards of 40 to 50 minutes.if you have a choice DO NOT USE THEM. I am switching my personal prescriptions to another cvs.

Horribly slow service, messy store, cashier who doesn't know how to check out customers. Happy to drive an extra 10 minutes to a Walgreens any day.

Sat here for 40 minutes after being told they needed to add my insurance. 15 people have now cut in a line that had only me in it. 15.

Great place amazing staff and kind. They even help me out with major discounts on things tell then Cheshir sent ya. And they can help you out with anything you need and help you find everything. The pharmacy in the back are really nice and calm people. They help me get my meds and help me pay for some of it.

The pharmacist is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I called because we received a text that it was too early to refill my daughters prescription. According to their records its 10days too early. I told her my wife accidently threw away the prescription and she stated she wants a police report. The pharmacist then stated she's had problems with my family filling prescriptions early and shes not doing it.

My wife then called and asked what issues they've had with our family and the pharmacist stated again we try to get it filled early every month. My wife asked for dates and the pharmacist said this isn't urgent and I'm not looking it up. Luckily my wife has the CVS app and pulled it up herself. There was 1 month out of 12 that it was filled 3 days early.all of the other months were either on the exact date or 2 to 5 days later.

I'm sure she put us on some watchlist now because she knows she's wrong. I'm currently on the phone with corporate complaining on this pharmacist. We are now going to take our business to Walgreens all because a pharmacist wanted to insinuate we're trying to peddle drugs or something.

STAY AWAY from CVS. Especially this one.

I've used this CVS exclusively for the last 13 years. I consider their lead pharmacist there "my pharmacist". I've been a registered nurse in intensive care for nearly 30 years until 6 years ago I was in a near fatal wreck. I broke my neck and broke my back and sustained severe head trauma. As a result of that I am more than a few medical problems. I take many medications. They are always very careful to study my entire list of medications to make sure there will be no unanticipated interactions. They're always prompt can have my medications when they say they will have my medications. When I have questions for the pharmacist, she is there for me. Before creating this post I read the top two or three reviews and laughed. I think the top one said "I if wanted to wait 45 minutes I would just walk in cold instead of ordering ahead". It's obvious you don't understand the job of how a pharmacy team works, or what their job entails. And for the comment about rude staff, perhaps it's a cultural misunderstanding, Tex. Your perception, is just YOUR perception. They are very busy because they are very good.

The pharmacy manager was so rude. She literally exposed herself in front of the customers by yelling at a fellow pharmacist, and what's worse than that is she didn't bother helping an old lady who was in pain. Get your act right and do the right thing next time. Thank goodness I'm switching my pharmacy this year.

I will never use this pharmacy again! They left a diabetic hanging for 4 days without his prescriptions. Got excuse after excuse! Someone really needs to evaluate this pharmacy. Especially, seeing all the bad reviews! They want me to come in from 70 miles away to the store to get the price! I'm helping a friend out and he lives not too far from there and cannot walk. Come on pharmacy! I don't have a choice for what pharmacy to use, considering a charity organization is helping out.

The pharmacy manager is the most unprofessional person that I’ve ever dealt with. She refuses to allow customers to speak or give the needed information to find costs for their prescriptions. She will ask a question and then while you attempt to answer she interrupts. I have personally reported her to CVS regional office and they clearly did NOTHING! Now she has done the same with my father as I listened to his conversation. I’m awaiting for her boss to return my call. I don’t like to see people lose their job but she has to go. The ratings alone should tell you that changes need to made with who manages this locations pharmacy. All reviews state the pharmacy techs are fantastic, which has been my experience as well. My only problem is the pharmacy manager!

Unfortunately, we can only use CVS due to insurance stipulations, but we are rarely happy with the service. We will often get a txt saying a rx is ready, we go, they aren't ready. Most recently I was told there wasn't a generic on a rx when my Dr.had told me there was. The difference was $80 and a phone call to the pediatrician. There seems to be an overall lack of communication and unwillingness to go the extra mile and help.

#CVS really needs to look into their pharmacy practices. A public notice in the local paper to find many more who have been verbally abused, descrininated upon. There are 2 lead pharmacist, the male is very professional. The female is absolutely not.

The front staff are amazing! They are very considerate and welcoming. Most are around high-school/college age yet I always find them very respectful, helpful, and hardworking. The store seems quite clean and well-organized as well.

The Indian lady at the pharmacy was extremely rude and unprofessional. She talked to me like I was stupid and raised her voice at me. I politely left and took my business somewhere else. She needs to be in a different profession like flipping burgers or cleaning toilets with that attitude of hers.

This is is seriously the worst cvs pharmacy I’ve ever been too! There is never clear communication, there are always errors with my scripts. I called to verify that I had refills left on my medication. I was told I did. I ordered a refill when I got there it was not ready i was told to come back later. I came back the next day and they did not have my script and informed me I had no refills. I called another cvs and they said I did have refills. This location is a joke. The customer service and management is awful!

Called and put on hold even though i waited 4 hours to get my sons pain meds for his surgery"no call or text". When i called i was put on hold even though i said no. Emily is unprofessional. 10 year old and being cut open to have to wait for that long. I did give other temporary pain medication like Tylenol. It did not give much comfort. I am really upset.
