Me and my sister tried to get our covid vaccines here. Us knowing that they take walk ins for the vaccine, they tell us they only have ONE more dose of the vaccine left. We decided to wait for that one dose but they said it would take 30 minutes for them to give us the shot. Not only did they forgot we were there it took them almost more than an HOUR for them to finally notice us. I understand it can be busy, but if you know someone is waiting for a VACCINE, it should also be one of the priorities. And to make it worse people started coming in asking for the vaccine and all of the sudden they have MORE vaccines. Completely unprofessional to keep us waiting for so long and to have lied to us.

Would give zero stars. I came to the pharmacy today and was first told my doctor had not called in my prescription. Then was told it had just come through a few minutes prior but the prescription needed to be ordered and wouldn’t be available till 2 days from today. An hour later I receive a call informing me that my prescription was ready. I wasn’t able to go back right away and showed up a few min before 8 and waited in lane 2 as the signs indicated as another car was being served in lane 1. A person came over the speaker and told me to come to lane one. I circled around and went to lane 1 as instructed. It was now approximately 805pm. When I pulled up I was informed they were closed. I explained to them I had been waiting and they told me “you just pulled up we have cameras”. So not only did I not get my prescription I was also called a liar. This team has a long way to go in terms of customer service.

Gah, so rude! Worst customer service even when you’re polite and patient. Get people in there that enjoy working at their job! Thankful there are other options within 10 minutes of this location.

The absolutely slowest cvs covid testing drive thru in the world. My appointment was at 11am, why am i in line for 30 minutes? They act like we don’t have other things to do. Then the guy working the drive thru was void of all emotion & rude. I’m still waiting I’ll stick to magnolia

I recommend against using this pharmacy. My Dr's staff has even complained to me. Every month they change their mind on when my Rx can be filled. Each month I call ahead and confirm it will be filled before making the trip - I arrive and I'm told it's too early. The text system will inform me that the Rx is ready and it is not.

Very high employee turnover including the pharmacists. Go somewhere else.

Service and a friendly interaction with the customer is not a priority at this location. I am not convinced service or interaction is a priority at any CVS. I haven't been to any store or pharmacy with less personality. And it's not just one employee. It's like dealing with a computer. I do not like leaving negative reviews however if none are left the businesses will never know the problem and potential customers will not know what to expect.
At times a certain medication will be out of stock. They will have to order it and I have to wait days for a medication refill. If you are wondering why not just transfer to another pharmacy if they are out of stock, just trust me, it can't be done with this medication. It's a common medication and a couple of times when this situation occurred it was supposed to be ordered and I learned later it was not. That lead to a couple of extra days.
I find the prices on regular items such as shampoo, soap, etc to be more expensive than other drug stores. I usually just pay it because I am there getting a prescription.
They do have a good variety of items.

I have been using the CVS Pharmacy (Sterling Ridge, The Woodlands) for the past 2 years and the service is consistently slow and now with COVID testing it is slower. They need to have a totally different line for COVID testing and pharmacy pick-up. There is no reason why people who use the pharmacy have to wait for people to shove a COVID test up their nose. COVID testers should be made to go inside.

In addition, they send me a message that my prescription is ready and when I arrive to pick it up and it’s not ready.

I do not recommend using this pharmacy and I’m switching all my prescriptions to a different one.

I called b4 going & they said they had what I was needing & being it was evening & cold I was hoping to not go unnecessarily but I arrived & they only had 1 of the items I was needing but they did apologize. They were not busy & were kind.

Very slow Covid testing service
The pharmacy sales lady said the results of the lab test would be 2-3 days. It's currently day 4 for me and no results yet. The website for MyChart, which is linked to CVS, now says the results will available in 2-5 days, and perhaps as long as 10 days. I'm aware of a one-day response time for the CVS store in Waco used by a college student. The sales lady should have stated that it might take 10 days. Of course I would have gone elsewhere.

Not sure what happened to these guys. About a year ago we transferred all our scripts to the Sterling Ridge Pharmacy. They *were* super. Fast, friendly, ran the insurance correctly. Lately, they've been terrible. Although I try and go at non-peak times, I typically end up waiting over 15 minutes when I'm the only one in line. Pretty frustrating. Don't know what's changed except for the pharmacy management. Just goes to show how people make the difference.

I’ve been getting prescriptions filled here for a decade, and the reason I continued to return was because the staff was good. Not sure what’s happened in the last year or two. They seem to have high turn over with the techs. The staff they have now are not friendly- not polite, not helpful. When you speak to them it’s like talking to someone who is severely depressed.probably the service industry is NOT the right place for them to work- actually I’m not sure where the right place for them to work would be. I know it is a very stressful job because the prescriptions never stop and the demands never stop and people always seem to need their prescription ASAP but they’ve always managed to be friendly and helpful in the past. I would recommend that they start concentrating a little more on the type and caliber people that they want to hire. I think the caliber of people they’re hiring right now is really low.

Consistently rude. Short. They say “good day” but the distaste is palpable. I hate imposing on them. I need to shop around.
