This store is slow and employees are rude. I think everyone here hates their job. One person on the registers every time I go here and it takes forever to check out. Ask a question to the clerk and she keeps saying what? Huh? What? Is she hard of hearing? The other guy just mumbles and basically wants you to get lost. This store needs to be shut down or overhauled. Needs new management or something. Hateful place to shop.

Too many options on the phone before you can reach the pharmacist and then you get very unfriendly assistants. They don’t update their records because I get too many unsolicited text about my prescription being ready or too soon

Very bad service, I had ask for a restroom for my 5 yrs old daughter disable with the spectrum and they said there is no restroom for customers, I had to go back to my house luckily my daughter hold it until we arrived, never going to come back to this store!

This CVS is the absolute worst. The pharmacy area is junky. No one follows up. Poor training for staff. The wait times are always long. I have made 4 attempts to refill a prescription. They say every time that they need to follow up with the doctor, but when I call again, I get the same story. 2 wks now is absolutely ridiculous. Everyone needs to be fired and start over. Poor management.

I give this location 2 stars because even tho it was of convenience, the store itself had no restroom available, it is outrageously priced and has maybe 2 employees that I saw. Basically there was no one to tend to the store efficiently, the worker tended the register, the stocking and the security. C'mon CVS. Really? If anymore people pass this location by it will likely close in my opinion. BUT, I am not running the place. Juss sayin. Needs some improvement

Waited in line for 45 minutes to take my Covid test, 3 whole days later…still do not have the results.

Yeah, definitely not returning to this location.hopefully this is one of the 900 stores thats shutting down, because it definitely needs to go Lol. You can tell the front store employees dont want to be bothered with you in this store. You step up to the counter to ring up your purchase and they dont even acknowledge you. Not a big deal, but why put up with poor customer service when Walgreens and even other CVS stores are just better.

Worst experience ever. Came to this location for my COVID-19 test during my lunch break and was in line for over an hour before I was able to take the test.

There is no interest or pride in customer service at this store. It's in my neighborhood but I go there only when necessary. Lots of turnover. And then there's the outside which is ALWAYS nasty, garbage cans overflowing, dumpster contents spread out everywhere which makes the entire area look nasty. I blame this all on management trying to cut costs by keeping the number of employees down. Don't go unless necessary.

The pharmacy left me a message to call them back to clarify insurance information on a prescription. I called several times at different times of the day I couldn't get on hold of anyone. Waited longer than 25 minutes the first time, and longer than 10 minutes other times. Tried another department in the store, and even the store manager, and they would not answer the phone

I just stopped to get body wash for my mother. Its literally locked up and i askedthe male associate 5 minutes ago.and he said the key dont work.which he repeated 2 times without even looking up. This type of customer service is despicable. I will never stop in this Cvs again.

Ordered photos three days ago but couldn’t pick them up due to a broken printer. I wish the staff could have called so I didn’t waste my time driving to their store and waiting for assistance.

This place always, I mean always, let the customer wait for a very long time; no matter if you are on the drive through lane, in line in in the store, or even on the phone. Very frustrating!

I live two blocks away from this CVS Pharmacy. The pharmacy section has a very bad reputation. I have been ignoring all their anti-customer service because its close to my house.
Today the guy named Vitalis was so insolent and disrespectful. I am done with CVS in its entirety. I will cancel my Carepass.
If you want to be attended to timely and respectful pls don't use this location.

Manager Chatterrical is rude and verbally abusive. Store is almost ALWAYS empty of Coca-Cola. Horrible store. Go to the Walgreens down the road.

Extremely rude the way they handle the calls. I waited about 15 mins calling and answered and put me to the hold and still waiting about 45 mins and got disconnected. Seriously?

Above review added 9 months ago. Since they don’t let me add a second review, I had to edit this.and there is no change even for that.

And again not even that extremely rude customer service from this person. Im not sure why they don’t concentrate on that. I hope they will correct these. Wallgreen is much better than CVS these days.
