The service here was one of the worst i ever experienced. Transferred a prescription from my normal cvs because they were out of stock on a medicine, and they said I could come pick it up at noon. I wait 30 min behind 2 cars to come and find out they thought my doctor prescribed too much of an antibiotic for my child. So then I was told to get out of line because they need to keep the drive thru open. Meanwhile they never contacted my child’s doctor. So I call the doctor and they thought it was extremely strange they were questioning the dosage she prescribed. I go inside and they tell me they have a contact number to call for my doctor and they would reach out to them… WHY DIDNT THEY DO THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE? They get the order to fill my prescription as prescribed from the doctor and I’m told it would take 5–10 min. Well 50 min of me standing in front of their desk, Finally Joe, reached out and asks me for my info to see if my prescription was filled. Meanwhile 3 other women were doing who knows what (texting/joking) basically, and don’t have a clue as to what customer service is didn’t help at all, didn’t even bother to check or ask me anything. If you have to go here, im sorry for you. It’s probably a good thing the 3 women I saw weren’t doing anything because I wouldn’t want them filling my medication anyways. Joe however was extremely helpful and seemed to genuinely care, even though he was taking up for the slack of 3 people. Im extremely surprised those women even still have a job there

Every time I've gone to this CVS it's been a pleasant experience. From the pharmacy to the doctors at the minute clinic taking care of my family. Sometimes things have been a little busy and we've had to wait but it's to be expected. They do the best they can and I just want to say thank you. Unfortunately the way these reviews work it's the negative angry people that are usually the motivated ones to leave a review hence the low rating. If you're going to use this system at all to leave reviews for any establishment don't forget to also chime in when the service is great, it's only fair.

Went to the minute clinic inside. Great service and personable. Check in online with easy in and out.

The worst CVS. CVS pharmacy has some very rude employees. My child has been sick. When I called them to make a prescription transfer that Walgreens didn’t have and they did, they said Walgreen is supposed to call them.while it can go either way one of the employee said upon walk in and I have done it before but she insist no they cannot call walgreens. Walgreens made the transfer when CVS Eldorado called but he made the transfer to crossroads which was fine with me. When crossroads put that medicine on hold without any reason, I waited an hour to get it. The lady employee was so irresponsible while filling the medicine that is for a little baby. She was touching everywhere, doing transactions and not wearing gloves while working with the medicine. How irresponsible a health professional can be! When I got home bottle was not capped well. Spilled. She was filling the bottle as she didn’t want to be there. I am worried if she did the right amount and gave the correct medicine because she was not focused while preparing it. I cried after inside my car. Worst day! Worst CVS!

I come to this CVS for the pharmacy only. The store portion always feels disorganized and messy. The pharmacy id great though. I usually can get in and out after work (5: 00) in 20 minutes. The staff have always been nice. The construction out front is very inconvenient, but hopefully will be better once it’s finished.

This is seriously the slowest CVS pharmacy in the entire US. Slow, careless, rude. Deserves 0 stars. In addition to their lunch break where they close the entire pharmacy. Is all the staff going together to McDonalds next door or why can’t they alternate taking breaks?

Terrible service. Takes 45 minutes for them to answer the phone I’ve had the pharmacist hang up on me after being lazy and not trying to help at all. Lazy people that only care about themselves. Lose prescriptions or deletes them. Does not help by looking on the computer to find out what pharmacy has medication. Talk down to people and do not want to do their job, WHICH IS TO HELP PEOPLE.why are you in this profession.

If I could give this location ZERO stars I would! I literally sat in the drive thru for 1 whole hour just for them to tell me that they do not have my prescriptions ready when I received multiple texts 2 days in a row stating that itbwas ready. My doctor called it in on the 27th and today is the 29th. No to mention they first called me someone else's name then said they found it. Then said they couldn't find it and that my doctor needed to call it in again. How convenient the they were closing at the time as well. I'm so done with this location! I couldn't even get my son's prescription picked up because they didn't even have it entered in even though they received it hours earlier I'm be transferring to another location because it's issues and very SLOW.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you are in a rush, don’t go here. Just to get through to a pharmacist on the phone takes 20 minutes. Drive thru takes 30-45 minutes. Pharmacists have no sense of urgency and walk around like zombies with no purpose. Last time I went, they told me they lost my prescription and I had to wait for them to remake it. If you have a choice, go somewhere else. Your sanity will thank you.

Still understaffed and lots of headaches to get your meds on time. Techs are in short supply and are clearly being mistreated and exploited. Employees suffer, patients suffer. This place is bad news all around.

I waited in line for 20 minutes. When it was my turn, the young man said we are closing for lunch, I needed to come back, because he HAD to eat, and then pulled the window shade down. I recommend some urgent CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING QUICKLY….
Once I get this prescription filled correctly I will be changing all prescriptions to Walgreens…. I deserve better.

Waited 48 minutes just to have my sons medicine threw down the chute. The bag was open, my card was just out and the medicine was out. They also did not give me a syringe and they were EXTREMELY rude.

CVS - Crossroads is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. They never had my prescriptions that I need every month, they lose prescriptions and they constantly try giving my wife prescriptions she continually tells them she can’t take due to allergic reactions. Run as far as you can from this pharmacy. I’m done with them!

Chaos. Pure, unadulterated chaos. This is by far the worst pharmacy we have ever been to. Retail is already a stressful work environment, but this location has compounded the issue by having completely ineffective pharmacy management. Tonight, trainees were crying, people were waiting upwards of 2 hours to get medications and check out, we received 5x the amount of medication we should have, and the staff couldn’t focus or prioritize one customer at a time. People were yelling and screaming, and the pharmacy techs looked like they were in desperate need of some coaching or direction that never came. Good help is hard to find, I get that. But this is a heavily-regulated job and corporate needs to triage this place.

HORRIBLE drive tru! I mean 20min for each car at least! Staff is RUDE. You'd think they take so long because they're busy. Nope it's because they're having a blast in the back. I hope someone of power reads these reviews and does something.

The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever had. They are rude and seldom get thing right. I will be moving to another pharmacy and so will my family.
