Pharmacy terrible customer service if you remodeling the place might as well remodel the staff as well

If you're looking for a pharmacy with competency or accountability look elsewhere. Not only are they apathetic to the challenges they create for you from their incompetence, they are equally unable to resolve their incompetence in a customer centric manner. Laughable incompetence on many occasions.

Worst pharmacy experience!
Staff is bad, she was making faces all the time.
They were charging $130 for the same prescription Walmart charged $30 bucks. They don't know how to communicate with insurance. No wonder why CVS are closing out stores.
Not going there again!

I don't know what happened to the old nice staff this CVS used to have. I have lots of negative things to say about this place's customer service. That girl working at the drive-thru wearing a black hiyab she is the rudest person EVER, please find her another position because she is definitely NOT CAPABLE to deal with people. She seems always so annoyed and rolling eyes all the time. WORST experience ever every time I have to deal with her!

I am giving a two star because of staffing shortage especially at the pharmacy area and drive-thru. It has gone downhill over the past year. More people have moved to Texas and the Leander area is overpopulated. There is always a long wait time at the drive-thru. I pick and choose my times for picking up prescriptions. Our time is valuable. Everyone's is!

The pharmacy and staff are amazing! Super fast and professional. They prepare the prescriptions super fast. Highly recommend this pharmacy

Terrible customer service from the “on duty? ” Pharmacist. Was told the scripts would not be completed in 8 minutes…. Before they went to lunch. (Mind you…Doctor’s office transmitted scripts well before I showed up to retrieve the meds.)
The Pharmacist’s treatment of me was uncaring and dismissive.
When I said I would wait (while she left the store for lunch) she told me to “walk around the store”. Thankfully, the young gentleman in the pharmacy area intervened and voiced the availability of chairs near the VAC station.
I have been a CVS customer for many years (other locations) …. Always received superior service.
This Pharmacist’s behavior towards me was unsettling and shocking. Why would this behavior be tolerated at this location?

Needed scripts filled for my daughter on Christmas day & this was the only one open! Thanks for helping us out.

Great pharmacy, fantastic staff, they were very helpful with an insurance issue with Aetna Rx coverage errors

Never had any bad experiences with the pharmacy but the other workers are extremely lazy, rude, and immature. I overhear them complaining about their job constantly. They're just kids, but it's become so annoying I am taking my business elsewhere.

They try just like any other pharmacy. I would love to see their review of you people they have

I had pain medicine prescribed to me at 11 am and was told it would be ready and to head over they didn’t even see my order yet and they told me to come back in 2 hours i come back at 4: 30 and it was still not ready for me to pick up and i am now unable to pick it up today because i have work

Super upset right now… I have an online bank and in order to put cash onto it, I have to go to a CVS… well I ask to put cash onto my card at 7: 20pm and the guy at the front says their registers are already closed… Well according to Google they don’t close until 10… the workers here seem miserable (I know it’s not their fault, treat employees better!)

Just left the CVS on Bagdad and New Hope. Stood in line waiting to be rung up only to be continuously ignored by employee who seen me, made eye contact with me and continued to restock and put items up. Eventually she came over to ring me up and she did not greet me she was very dry, no customer service skills and silently handed me my receipt and walked off. No.thank you, no here is your receipt, no thanks for shopping cvs, no did you find what you were looking for nothing! Her badge said her name was PRISCA.

What is going here? What kind of Andy Griffith/Mayberry mess is going on here? Closed EVERY SINGLE Day for lunch? ! You're telling me no one here can figure out a rotating schedule so they have to shut the pharmacy down daily? They want $250 for a prescription that HEB charges $14. $53 for a prescription that HEB charges less than $4.
Why even bother going here?

Nowhere does it say that all COVID testing is via their drive thru. You won't know until you walk up to the door. Then nothing says that Lane 1 is the only lane to offer the testing. Supposedly a metaphor for the way they treat customers?

Always opting me into things i never signed up for, my meds are never refilled until a week after my psychiatrist sends them in, and i can't be off of them for that long.
