Horrible experience, my elderly mother needed to use the restroom, it was filthy! There are two restrooms but one has an OUT OF Sign as well as Employee Only sign on it! The single public restroom is for Everyone else, Handicap included! A line formed while we waited, an employee came and used her key to get into what I am presuming was a clean restroom! She even smiled at us when she left. Yes she took care of her business while CVS customers waited!

This pharmacy always has an excuse as to why they can’t fill my prescription. On top of that, the lady working on 9/9/22 at 9: 20 am told me, “have you ever worked in a pharmacy? Then you wouldn’t know. ” Very unprofessional. Avoid going here if you can.

Horrible pharmacy crew. You as a prescriber have to call 2-3 times for them to get prescription to patients. Imposible to get a hold of a person, keep you waiting for 30 min and still don’t pick up.
I wish I could give 0 stars

Poor customer service at the pharmacy. Shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes after being told the prescription was ready.

The rudest people ever. They are lazy and unprofessional. Do not care about the patients and care they provide. I would never recommend going here. Have had multiple bad experiences. I have even started going to a different location further away from my house.

This is possibly the worst CVS in Houston. The staff is very unprofessional, rude, and are not helpful. Once they even stated they could not find my controlled substance medication. When I threatened to call the state pharmacy board it magically appeared. Don't bother speaking to a manager or calling corporate because they also do not seem to care about issues at the location. The only reason I come to this location is because it is 3 minutes from where I live. The wait times though I would probably be better off going to the location on 20th. They also have great customer service staff members.

Incredibly slow pharmacy. One lane reserved for testing and won't help customers even if no one is in line for testing. And takes far too long in the other lane just to pick up already filled rx. Very poor customer management!

It’s a CVS. It’s not perfect, they’re usually busy. I don’t use the drive thru, and I find going in to the pharmacy desk always works. They’re clearly a bit understaffed, but I’m sympathetic and they’re trying.

This location has the absolute worst service. Anytime that I need to pick up a prescription it takes 45+ minutes to get it. Wish that my insurance would let me send me prescription elsewhere. Seriously hate going here

This place gets 5 starts for two recent experiences: fitting in my daughter for a same-day COVID PCR test on a Saturday afternoon, and returning results the next morning, on a Sunday; and, fitting me in for a COVID booster shot in the same day after another pharmacy where we had an appointment didn’t offer Moderna. The pharmacy staff were very helpful on the phone and in person, and the store was well-organized.

Complete lies about covering with insurance and even after entering all information prior to arriving, they waited till I made it all the way there and stood in line to let me know they dont cover BCBS, the only insurance offered for self insured individuals in Texas.
Its is fine if they didnt agree on a contract, but a phone call letting me know prior to wasting an hour of my day, plus making me reschedule at another time elsewhere, would have been greatly appreciated.
Hope this review steers BCBS members away

Terrible service. Extremely understaffed and the pharmacist working there is inept. Went in for a shot, waited over a half hour after my appointment time and she didn’t even fill out my vaccine card once finished. Don’t come here for the pharmacy

This has to be the ABSOLUTE worst CVS! Only person in the drive through to pick up and I rang in 3 times! Finally after 20 min someone finally addressed me and said it should ding when you pull up. I said I called in 3 times with no response!

They wouldn’t let me take a COVID test while on a motorcycle, “ you can’t be on a scooter” they said “ it will compromise the test” (bike is licensed & registered) but they were Ok with a convertible with the top down‍️nothing about it on the website ‍️

The Sloooooowest service. Every time I go for a covid test because I travel often, it takes at least 15 mins before a staff person helps you. I'm sitting in the line now on my lunch break still waiting for assistance. I've buzzed the staff 3 times and told the staff person was in the restroom for 15 mins! Ridiculous. At what point do you get another staff to help out. I'm spending half of my lunch break just waiting.

I'm reading some bad reviews about the pharmacy here and I strongly disagree. Julie and the other pharmacist (his name escapes me) are wonderful. They are professional, efficient and do their jobs well. I feel the same way about the pharmacy techs. A great team of young professionals that all deserve raises! I will be moving from the area at the end of the year but will continue to use this pharmacy. Keep up the good work!

This CVS carries a lot of make up too. The way it's set up seems to be endless make up. They are strict about opening their packages but I want to know what I'm buying. Half the stuff there is open anyway so I was just looking and I was told something like I was some kid. Didn't appreciate that so I left without purchasing. But the make up section is great. The service. Eh, not so great. No greeting either.

I see some negative reviews on this CVS; but I went away with a positive impression. The store is very clean with good merchandise presentation. Out of stocks are minimal.

If you have a problem getting a prescription filled, it is usually a problem with your insurance that prevents the pharmacy from filling it.

I was there on a Sunday afternoon. The store was well staffed with friendly associates.

I cannot say enough good things about their pharmacists, and staff. They go above and beyond to assist you in any way that they can. They really seem to care about their patients. I have never once had a bad experience with anyone in the pharmacy.
