Heads up: They do not offer Covid testing anymore. Which is fine but they really need to update their website to reflect that. They were also kind of rude about it.

This place seriously has the rudest customer service ever! If you don’t like engaging with customers don’t be in this industry. Seriously! Basically thrown my prescription at me and walked away. No thank you have a good day. Awful!

This pharmacy is AWFUL!
My daughter got prescribed a few different things and they gave me the wrong things! Then when I came to get it fixed they were completely rude and still couldn’t figure out the issue. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! We have used it for years since we live close and I’d rather drive hours to a different one vs come here again. They put my 17months olds health at risk because they don’t know how to follow correct orders.

Worst pharmacy, pharmacy was closed and no word that it was, went to pick up prescription and was closed and had to reorder them at a different cvs

Literally the WORST pharmacy ever. 3 days to fill a prescription! They say it will be ready at a certain time, then it never is. They keep pushing it back. And to send a notification that tells you to indicate if you need your prescription urgently. And I do so, then the estimate pick up time is pushed back a day! Just the worst.

I have awful experience after awful experience. The pharmacy techs have no idea what’s going on. Nobody likes to answer the phone and above that I’ve driven across town for a prescription that I was told by the CVS system was ready that turned out not to be ready until 3 days later. They should take lessons from Chick Fil A on how to get things done. Also just because they are busy doesn’t give them an excuse to do whatever they want

This used to be the best pharmacy in my area, fast and efficient, the last thing someone sick or in pain wants to hear when picking up a prescription is can u come back in 20 min, my rx was sent over at 5 pm I went the next morning to get it. Rude ppl, slow ppl cvs can do much better then this bec I’ve seen it!

No. This store has gone downhill. Hard. We drive to a different CVS, miles away to avoid this one or go to Walgreens instead. It is sad because this one used to be fantastic.

This pharmacy has to be the slowest on earth. Absolutely ridiculous how long it takes to pick up a medication. Waited an hour behind one other car. It's a complete joke to pick up prescriptions here.

The Lady at the drive thru pharmacy 4/14 @ 4pm was very nice and personable! I felt great after leaving with my prescription

I’d give this CVS a negative rating if It allowed. The pharmacy has got to be THE WORST in town. I was told my medication had to be ordered for the next day cool, no problem. Called the following afternoon 2pm (after their lunch) was placed on hold for 20 minutes. Finally picked up the phone and asked for my name.gave my name and date of birth and was told “I’m going to have to put you on hold” another 20 minutes later they answered again and and was I was then informed they hadn’t had a chance to get into their order yet. I asked if my prescription would be ready by 6pm and was told “I don’t know you’ll have to call then and see”. SO I called at 5pm was put on hold for 45 minutes, at this point I leave work and drive to cvs when the phone is finally picked up as I’m pulling into the parking lot. Before walking into the store I ask the man if my prescription was ready yet. He said no my medication did not come in today. I asked if It was shorted by the manufacture or if It simply wasn’t ordered. He couldn’t give me a straight answer. I asked if my prescription would be ready tomorrow and he said he wasn’t sure and advised me to call back tomorrow. I said that’s not a good enough answer. Either yes it will be ready or no It won’t and I transfer my prescription out. I understand cvs pharmacy is a terrible pharmacy to work for and they may be understaffed however, this is unacceptable and leaves a bad taste in my mouth as a new customer. I left and immediately transferred out. I will never give another penny to CVS which is unfortunate because they are less than a mile from my home.

This pick up window is horrible. You sit and wait forever. I had to tell the guy 4 times how to spell my name and my bday. I had already set in line 25 minutes.im about to switch elsewhere.

That store does not smell like tuna. I know a tuna surprise when I smell it. And thats not it. Kaitlan is so nice there and keeps the store clean and tidy.

Firstly, this store has a really weird smell. I’m usually a Walgreens girl but I stopped in to get some nasal spray because I was in DIRE need & let me just say my nose cleared RIGHT up when I walked in because it smelled SO BAD. They didn’t have my usual nasal spray so I picked up the CVS brand (which side note, is not very good), & went to get some snacks. A lot of the snacks I usually get were gone unfortunately. I asked an employee about one of the things I was looking for (just to make conversation) and they rudely said “we just haven’t gotten around to restocking them yet”. I will not be coming to this CVS ever.

The isles of this cvs will haunt me forever.one word. TUNA.you could triple mask up on a tuesday afternoon and the stench will still penetrate your nostrils.tried to talk to the manager about the issue and i could barely form sentences after i noticed… the eyebrow… will not be returning to this cvs.

Horrible experience with the pharmacy. Took several visits and 20 hours for them to fill a vital prescription that a family member needed immediately. Under staffed, poor communication and poorly trained employees.

The manager there now is a rude individual that seemed to have gotten confused and used her dry erase marker to fill in her eyebrows. Service is the worst I’ve ever gotten.
