The pharmacist is super unprofessional, I was calling about new prescription and refills and symptoms. He was very short didn’t not want to explain the medication or provide any information on a very specific and strong medication that was filled there. He acted condescending, as if his time was to valuable to help me. I had to call a different pharmacy for information that helped could have prevented a rather horrific symptom. Called customer service and both hung up in me within 15 seconds

Left me a voicemail for a week straight saying the px was ready for pickup. When I show up, they say it’s not ready and for me to come back after their lunch. Yeah never coming back here.

Never coming back here ever again.they are racist and they need a new pharmacy crew. I went 2 weeks ago and still haven’t been created they don’t like poc and they need to fire the pharmacy and rehire someone who knows basic customer service skills.and the pharmacy needs to stop stealing our meds you can tell they are not coherent.thanks don’t come here take your business elsewhere.they can’t even say hi to you like where did they get there degree from? They give me dirty looks when i was asking about my grandpas medicine that i came 2 weeks ago for it and still haven’t had it yet

One star because supporting staff were nice but the manager seems to have issues with anyone Shopping while Black and I cannot recommend this location. Manager was following my family around resulting in our not feeling safe or welcomed.

Last Saturday February 19th, me and my sister went to get our COVID-19 booster 3rd vaccine, we waited 5 minutes and got them, no pain or side effects.

I took a Covid test here on Thursday Jan 6th at 11: 20. The staff were very slow and when it was my turn to get tested the staff was very rude. I had a question regarding my test and the lady yelled at me for not having my window all the way up for a test, how am I supposed to ask a question if my window is up. It's not like I was breathing on her she was behind a window and I had my mask on! Very disrespectful. I know we are running out of Covid tests right now and I have been patiently waiting for my results. However on Jan 10th my husband received a text with his results at 10: 30 at night, he took the test at the same location 5 hours after me and I still have not received my results almost a week later! Absolutely ridiculous if you are looking for a Covid test go else where. I have taken tests at other CVS locations and have never had an issue. I hope this one closes because it's awful!

The woman in the back was no help. She sent me to the front where they were no employees to ask a question. I stand around for a little bit only to find when I decided to go to my car that the employee was outside smoking a cigarette.

Super slow at the pharmacy. I get messages that my prescription is refilled, call to verify and actually talked to live person, only to find out it was not and it was too soon, which is why I called. Another time they called my out of state doctor when I had specifically told them to refill from my doctor here.which by the way was the most recent

Store hours are 7am - 10pm. I arrived at 7: 30am and the store was closed. I called twice, and there was no response. I called the 800 number and they are only available Monday-Friday. A second customer arrived at 7: 50am, also unsuccessfully attempted to contact the store, and left five minutes later. At 7: 59am a young woman finally opened the store.

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Pharmacist Konstantine. He was professional and thorough in administrating my Co-vid 19 booster shot. He explained the procedure and checked on my condition after the shot. My thanks to him and CVS for their services.

I went to this pharmacy for the drive-thru Covid 19 testing. Let me just tell you this.you put your test tube in a metal box hanging on the wall of the building that is DIRECTLY in the sun. I had my test at 12: 30pm and the box was FULL! So they leave them there all day and then tell you that it takes 1-2 days for results. LAZY PEOPLE! I have meetings to attend, so that RAPID TEST should only take 15 mins. This is why I go to Walgreens.

Took 30 minutes to get a prescription filled in drive through. I had called to make sure it was ready before i came. Come on guys.

The staff members need training. People need.medications because of.
Medical issues. Pharmacy employees should not be adding stress on top of that.

Very very very slow to give the Vaccine, they make you wait 30/45 mins no matter what. Seriously go somewhere else

This location is the worst I've ever been to.
I waited in the drive through for 2 hours with only 3 cars ahead of me. This location is poorly run, under bad management, and most likely understaffed.
I will never come here again.

I went to this pharmacy for the drive-thru Covid 19 testing. They make you do it yourself, which is strange to begin with, and there is no quality control. The technician told me the instructions quickly and then walked off while I performed the test on myself with no supervision. Then, I put the test in the box as I was instructed to do so by the paper instructions in the baggie. Nowhere did it mention to put anything else in the bag WITH the test tube.

When I left I realized I had the Quest Diagnostics lab request paperwork, so I called CVS and asked them if they needed it to submit my lab. They really had no answer for me other than, "Well, we can't open the box, but we don't know if that paperwork is needed. " So, I asked if the barcode and name on the test tube would be enough. Again, they had no clue. What? How could they not know this after months of people coming in for Covid testing?

So, not only do I not know if I will get my test results, my insurance will also probably be charged for something that the lab probably can't even report on.

CVS told me I could "come back tomorrow. " No thanks CVS I'd rather go somewhere with better quality control or at least some kind of supervision and with people who are more helpful. I have NEVER given myself any lab tests, how was I supposed to know what was supposed to be submitted? What a waste of time and money (especially if I don't get my results).

If I could give them a zero I would. Go to any other CVS. They are always out of medicine, it’s always to close to closing (30 minutes prior) and quite honestly they are just lazy and miserable. Go anywhere else

They were so nice. I needed a specific medication and they were able to get it and added bonus is the drive thru open till 8pm
